First time stay in this hotel. Room is spacious with sitting area. Hotel staff are helpful, polite and friendly. We have a comfortable stay there.

The hotel room and service were very good. The staff was very friendly and always supporting on our needs. The gym and swimming pool was also very nice.
The only thing we were missing is western style breakfast options.

Clean hotel rooms and good front desk service. The dining needs some improvements. Unfortunately, some restaurants do not work until dinner, and even Macdonald’s works until 6pm only 😞

I stayed in this hotel in mid April, experience was not good so I would like to cancel booking in end April, unfortunately they said no refund if I cancelled the booking. So I stayed in this hotel again but no more.

I come with my client who can only speak in English. Unfortunately the lady in reception was not available to speak in English, ridiculous in a 5 star hotel. Also their facility is getting old and from the hotel to downtown you have to walk 15mins, not a very good option for me in the future.
