It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though.

Need to give a big compliment to the staff Benjamin who was very helpful and friendly. He kindly waited on us and upgraded us to a bigger suite upon our request.
The Carlton suite doesn’t disappoint, it’s as beautiful as shown in pics and the bathroom and the bedroom are impeccable, gorgeous white design and style as what my wife desires. Along with Benjamin there are few other staffs who are very friendly and responding, the hotel lives up to its name, the service, maintenance and the style are 6 stars

We had a fantastic stay at ritz, service people are willing to walk the extra mile to make our stay so special. The decor is tasteful and the view is beyond words. We would love to come back again.
