My booking in this hotel is really worth it. It was a great experience! The hotel was easy to locate. The infinity pool and the room is to die for. I took a lot of nice photos, it was really memorable for my birthday celebration this year.
The staffs are nice and accommodating, they did not disappoint. It was the polite staff named Patrick who guide us and escort to our suite, I must praise his politeness and long patience for providing us all the things we need. It was Gene, the staff who decorated the room and filled it with balloons, he made two tower balloons as well! The hotel staff in the lobby named Summer is really nice, she processed our check in and out smoothly.
The overall experience was great! Will surely come back!

One of the best hotel i have ever been 🤗😍 The room has a very great view at the lake and the infinity pool view was awesome. One great things is also the location where there is a mall downstairs

We’ve been staying in this hotel a few times before it’s Grand Opening. The front desk service improved a lot, we didn’t wait too long for checking in.
Generally, we like this hotel a lot and would recommend it to our friends!

Better than expected. Good location by the lake, you can see the sunset from the room but not Macau tower. Brand new room amenities. The reception area is like a train station filled with people.

We went there for my son’s birthday celebration. Everything was smooth, staff are friendly and approachable. But the only cons is that they give limited of water only. If you asked for extra aside from the ones in your room they’ll charge you more. Since i was travelling with my family. 3 and 4 years old. 4 bottles of water was not enough for an overnight stay. 😅

The room I booked for four person. The view awesome(room no 1639)
Breakfast inclusive in my room rate, good also. But if u need pay for it, then can choose explore outside food better. The trip is to celebrate my birth birthday celebration. Overall hotel very new and clean. But if u go plan go to the tourists sport need take taxi.

Location is convenient and easy to reach different spots. Staff not so familiar and need more training on room amenities/facilities but they are friendly

Spacious hotel room with fabulous view. Had a nice time at the infinity pool. Would be nice if the food portion in the hotel restaurant is bigger. Overall nice experience and hope we can visit again in the future.
