Great service and convenient location. Only bad is the shuttle to the ferry terminal free shuttle requires to go to Galaxy entrance for boarding in. Else everything great!!

You can sip your drink as you take in a breathtaking sunset—talk about a perfect start to your stay!
And let’s not overlook the rooms! When I entered mine, I was enchanted by the warm colors and the immaculate bathroom. But wait—there’s a tub in a standard room! In a small city like Macau, that’s pure luxury that many hotels can’t boast about.
Oh, and here’s a delightful surprise: in the cupboard drawer, you’ll find a box of famous almond cookies, a must-try treat that speaks to the heart of Macau.

Our Andaz Macau suite stay was exceptional. The effortless check-in, thanks to FO staff Justin and Yannie’s warm hospitality, led us to a stylish suite blending modern elegance with Macau’s heritage, featuring chic decor and thoughtful amenities. The wine-tasting experience at the bar, expertly guided by Innah and Michelle, delighted us with Portuguese selections and delicious pairings. Their passion and knowledge enriched the evening. Throughout, the staff’s attention to detail and genuine warmth made every moment memorable. Andaz Macau masterfully combines luxury, cultural charm, and heartfelt service—highly recommended!

we are celebrating pre valentine’s day and we read many good reviews about this hotel before we came. and it’s true! we’ve been taking good care during the stay, especially thank you to Justin, he’s very thoughtful and helpful🫶🏻 always willing to help out and make sure we have a great time! also Oph, Annie and 花花 taking care of everything from the moment we step in.
the room is very clean, neat also stylish, a bit small but the staffs are warm to give us some eye masks and a cake for our celebration☺️also the breakfast is delicious! i will recommend this hotel.
