The only thing good about this place is the location to galaxy hotel. The room is a non smoking room. I have asked for a non smoking floor but the minute a step inside the room its smells so bad. I’ve told them about the issue but they only brought out the deodoriser. I can’t sleep at night as it stinks like cigarettes. The smell came from the AC and the staff was so rude, they asked what I want them to do about the smell. They can at least offer me another room which they didn’t. The place was quite busy too with the concert happening in galaxy arena. I don’t want to stay at this place ever again ＞:(

The hotel was clean, nicely designed and had everything you need for a brief stay, including a small living room and kitchen. We could see the river view from the room, which was really nice. The hotel is located just right opposite to the Diamond Lobby entrance of the Galaxy. However, since the footbridge linking between the Galaxy complex to the hotel is under construction, we need to take a 5 mins walk to the footbridge of Broadway Hotel to reach the Galaxy area. Not too convenient but acceptable. The Broadway food street is also 5 mins walk away with many choices of restaurants. Breakfast provided in the hotel was basic. Goid value for the price.

What set the hotel apart was its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit.
In conclusion, my stay at the was wonderful. It stands out not just for its beautiful facilities and prime location, but for the warmth and hospitality of its staff. I left feeling refreshed and with fond memories that will beckon me to return.

I enjoyed my stay at the Maria Phantom Apartment Hotel. It is located in close proximity to the subway and relatively close to the popular attractions. The condition of the apartment was superb. The room is equipped with a tv, sofa and a small kitchen area for cooking. It was very spacious, neat and well-kept. We had an amazing city view from our room. My overall experience was good and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean and cost effective accommodation.

Stayed for 5 hours and slept due to an early morning layover. Not close to the LTR as trip suggested. 51MOP for a taxi to the airport. The hotel staff helped arrange it. There is a Cafe and a convenience store to the left of the main street.

Overall the rooms is clean, have not tried the restaurant. Just the front office staff service attitudes require improvements, no smile and not helpful.
