The hotel was just okay. The walls are super thin, which makes it hard to sleep. My bath tub wasn't working so i had to call reception, & when they came to fix it, i asked the water temperature because its luke warm, NOT hot & i was told ”thats just the way it is”... Also they have very limited ways of taking the deposit, their machines wouldn't take my visa debit card, master credit card or my union pay card, so at 10:30pm i had to take a taxi all the way back to the airport to withdraw money! also the ”shuttle bus” they have doesn't include the airport, and only starts at 11:45 am.

Love this hotel. Its smaller facility compared to others like mgm or wynn, but it is cozy and located in perfect spot. Easy to navigate around northside of macau. All the staff members are highly skilled and well trained. 5 stars for all the employees at Mandarin oriental macau

It was my first time to stay at Resorts World Hotel. As soon as I arrived at the slope of the hotel entrance, a waiter suddenly ran up from a distance. He enthusiastically took my suitcase and led me all the way to the hotel front desk to check in. Then he helped me put my suitcase away. Delivered to the room, it feels like five-star treatment! The curtains in the room are automatic and open as soon as you enter the door. The color matching of the entire room makes you feel refreshing and comfortable. The visual effect of hygiene is also very good. You can't help but want to take a few photos and watch them while lying on the bed. Looking at the beautiful lake view outside the window, there are no densely packed high-rise buildings, and it feels like being on a quiet seaside. What I remember praising is the location. There is a bus terminal at the door, making it convenient to go anywhere! The 6 yuan MT1 takes you to the airport in half an hour, so convenient!

This hotel is located in the core downtown area of Macau Peninsula. However, the hotel's hardware facilities belong to an old historical hotel, but the overall appearance is still old-fashioned. Moreover, the interior contains a large number of historical antiques. Hotel Receptionist delivered a room upgrading. The concierges asked guests about their needs and provide assistance proactively.

HarbourView Hotel is located at the middle of Fisherman’s Warf with the Legend hotel and Hotel Rock located at the northern and southern end points. Sands ****** is located just across the road so ****** lovers will love the location. We stayed here for 3 nights and opted for the standard room. Services are excellent. One phone call to the front desk and they move fast to get the work done. Breakfast is comprehensive if you like Chinese food, but they still have good options if you prefer western food. Overall an excellent choice given the room pricing. We will come back to stay again .

As you always do, you lie about your life..Finally you look forward to it. My boyfriend waited for your lie and finally arrived in Bangkok tomorrow afternoon and came here.. Good location, easily to go anywhere by the bus, it’s a nice place and has a public park, department store and food shop nearby :-) The staffs are polite and give a good service and make me feel in a safe environment. :-) Once they can use English language, It’s could be better.

The hotel location is good. However, the reception staff is not very polite. The room is old but clean. It’s good for business trip but suitable if you looking for a hotel for vacation and relax.

The room I was offered was big and clean with a view facing Macau Tower. If you want tranquility, it is a very good option as there is no ****** and far from the crowd. One can take bus no 9 or 16 or it is just 20 minutes walk (including 2 minutes walk on paved slope) from the city centre to the hotel. The day I had breakfast met a large group of packaged tour. The breakfast was so so.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I’ve been wanting to stay here for quite a while since it was built in 2009. Situated right next to the Wynn Macau, I thought L’arc felt like a five-star hotel. From the overall design, with high ceilings to the little details, you’ll feel that this place, though had better days, it’s still very luxurious in his own way. I stayed in the 55 m² room which had a beautiful veranda style bathroom coupled with a separate shower and bathtub. The vanity area contained two sinks, which was great for me and my wife. Our views of the Wynn hotel, and we were high enough to see some of the Macau skyline a little bit of Zhuhai. The ****** area had two floors, but due to Covid it’s been downsized to one floor. The gym was quite mediocre for five star hotel with only a total of eight machines, in which two of the machines were not working specifically the step master. The clubhouse, which can be accessed freely as a hotel. Resident also has a steam room at a pool area. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
