"The hotel is a two-minute walk from the long-distance railway station. The bus terminal is also on the side of the railway station and the traffic is very convenient. The hotel room is not big, but neat and clean, and there is a clean room every day. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and hot water throughout the day. Breakfast is simple and hot and cold food is available. The hotel is self-check in, but the staff will help. The disadvantage is that there is no restaurant in the hotel to provide catering services. The hotel is quiet and it is recommended to stay for two to three days."

"Relaxing stay in a stylish renovated factory hall, it seems. Original concrete skeleton intact and an impressive piping above your head. Looking out from one side of the building to the other from one place. Trendy and hip layout. Spacious workplaces downstairs among a young student population where you quickly feel welcome.
Rooftop bar with great views of the surroundings, nature and the city. Enough choice of healthy food and an extensive breakfast buffet in the morning.
In short, an absolute must for a reasonable price."

"I was in Maastricht with my daughter for a few days. I had reserved a room with 2 twin beds. There appeared to be a double bed in the room. After asking at reception we were given another room. It would be nice if there were 2 chairs instead of 1 in a double room. Moreover, we missed cupboard space for our clothes and a cupboard or shelf in the bathroom for our toiletries. We put them on the ground. When we returned to the room at about five o'clock after a day of walking in the city to sit quietly and drink a cup of coffee, it turned out that the room had not yet been cleaned. After reporting to reception, we received a voucher for a drink in the hotel bar. Nicely resolved. The location of the hotel was fine, it was quiet. Staff at reception and service in the bar were nice."

"Very strange room layout, from door to the window is bed, wash area and desk. If the bed and wash area are exchanged their place it would be better. The best things are it’s good location, very close to Maastricht Station by 3 minutes walk away, and the good service from staff at reception, in particular Andre’ ( if I remember correctly the young man with golden curly hair). No slippers, but can borrow adapters and 2 bottles of water are provided in room."

PPalomitaThe hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. We arrived earlier than 3 o'clock but were still able to check in because the room was ready. The room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

BUT :
1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours.
2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment.
3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception!
Not the right attitude for a service organization.

You must drive by car, otherwise it is inconvenient to travel, and it takes ten minutes to drive from the city. Suitable for weekend vacations, stay for a day or two.

GGuest UserCockroaches were found on the ceiling of the hotel. The hygiene is not very good. The sound insulation of the room is too poor. You can hear the noise of the people next door taking a shower clearly. The heating equipment is too old and the noise is too loud.

CChenThis room with four single beds is larger than the bunk beds and more comfortable. Don't save that little money when traveling with a family. You should choose a larger room. It is simple and hygienic. The front desk is friendly. I left my luggage at the front desk for safekeeping the next day. I also noticed that the place where they put the luggage needs to be swiped by the front desk before entering, which is safer and more reliable.

GGina LeeuwIt's very cheap for such a hotel room.
It was a small room with a bathroom and toilet.
The bathroom was hanging all the screws, the towel was hanging out of the screws, the shower was dirty of the walls could use a paint, the head support of the bed was broken, the leather was bladed, the spray on the bed was smooth.
At the front door the doorbell was broken when you walk through it you need to look for your clothes not to break.
It's very expensive for such a room.
Ontbijt was prijzig pp was wel lekker.
