There is a paid parking lot and breakfast is average. But the price is still decent. The location is not far from the center. Close to the river.

Yes, the hotel is in the old town, wherever it is convenient, it is an old monastery remodeled. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. The key is that Maastricht is very beautiful, there are not many people visiting in winter, and even less Chinese tour groups. Because of the junction of the three cities of the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, it is very international. Shopping is great, Belgians are running over to buy things. Classical architecture, beautiful lakes, and the “Paradise Bookstore” rebuilt by the church.

I booked a deluxe one-bedroom room. The room is big and touching The poor size of European hotels everyone knows In fact, the concept of the hotel is similar to that of a shared apartment. The design is popular in Northern Europe + industry in recent years, suitable for online celebrities to take pictures. The location is great. It takes only 10 minutes to go to the city center to eat, drink and buy. The cafe downstairs, the organic supermarket, and the surrounding restaurants and cafes The hotel was rebuilt based on a porcelain burning factory, so it is very fashionable with the new and the old~ The concept focuses on ”students” sharing, so the hotel service staff are more friendly and casual I gave an ice cream when I checked in. The details are pretty cute. Still have to pay attention: laundry and ironing can only go to the unified laundry room on the first floor of the hotel Laundry, coin-operated self-service type, ironing clothes, there are equipment at will

We've very much enjoyed our room, chilling, watching TV and having a good night's sleep on very comfortable Auping beds. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, lots of healthy and fresh choices. Overall a good vibe!

We stayed for two nights and wish it was longer!! The rooms are spacious, as are the shower rooms. All very clean and tidy. We arrived in the afternoon on a Sunday and I asked if they had a bar. The receptionist took me to the lounge where there was a large ice box with beers, cokes, wine, sparkling wine, Cava and so on. She then said it was all complimentary!!! What a bonus. Most staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was also a bonus. I had the speciality, egg and bacon with a venison steak. Great I did not take the offer of Cava as I was driving after breakfast!. The breakfast was also served with a large basket of different breads and plates of cheese, meats and smoked salmon and smoked eel. Did not need to eat until evening after all that!. Would recommend to all, and would book again if we returned to Maastricht.

We are going to a big concert in Maastricht in july (2023), where lots of people will be attending, so I booked this hotel on *********** since they offered a superb location and at the same time cheaper price that other hotels for the specific date. Half an hour after receiving confirmation of the reservation per mail and a welcome mail from the hotel itself, I was called from the reception at the hotel and told that they had no rooms available on the date that I wanted. Apparently they had made a mistake with their ”availability on *********** so now they had to cancel guests”. The excuse came across as odd to me because all other hotels in Maastricht at that specific date had higher prices than them on ***********, so I got a sense that they just forgot to adapt their prices on the site, and now the revenue management suddenly realised that they could get much more for their rooms due to the big number of guests coming to town for the concert. The concert dates was announced a week earlier, so they had plenty of time to adapt either availability or prices it would seem. But now, I have to cancel my booking and go for the higher priced hotels because the options are now super limited. So they cost me money basically due to their poor handling of their own accommodation.
