Location! Kindess! Beautiful! The hotel is in a great location, the stuff are very kind. We also ask for belongings save after we checked out, and the agree with pleasure.

I only stayed for one night as a stopover, but the hotel is very close to the station, and I have already arrived when I got off the bus and crossed the road. There is no air-conditioning in winter, but opening the windows is good enough! The room as a whole is so clean! The staff at the front desk are very kind and answer all questions! And the hotel is 5 miles away from the scenic spots, just walking distance! Moreover, a small supermarket is opposite the hotel, and it only takes a few steps to buy snacks! And there is a D restaurant on the lower floor of the subway station! Overall, it is highly recommended for travelers who want to catch the train the next day.

Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. The room is clean, the style is quite medieval, and the furniture and equipment are very tasteful The service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. Check-in time coincides with summer changes, and the hotel also provides thoughtful reminders~

The location of the hotel is a little far from the station. Very friendly staff, gave my daughter a welcome gift when checking in, she liked it very much. When we checked out, they helped me bring the luggage when they saw me with my daughter alone. The room is warm and comfortable, the room size is also suitable, the water and drinks in the mini bar are free, and the hotel also gave free bus coupons to tour the city. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean ! On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious. This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in in Europe. This is a real four-star hotel. Many four-star hotels in Europe are about the same level as three-star hotels in China. My room is newly renovated, spacious, well-planned, and has a good view. Snacks are delivered every day. The service staff are also very cute.
