Centrally located in a quiet street in the city centre near the main train station ; stylish renovation of the hotel and functional kitchenette in the room I stayed (can you imagine there is a dish washer in the room ?😂and every day the housekeeper used it for our dirty dishes); laundry room on the first room and cozy cafe on the ground floor; reasonable price considering a Swiss standard; overall, excellent (input the confirmation number from trip.com and your name when you need to do the self check in at the entrance indoors; the door is closed and looks locked but actually you can open it 😂) ; will book it again when coming here in Luzern again ) 👍

10mins walk from Luzern train station, quite close and easy to find!! The room is tidy and clean with usb and type-c plugs provided(great!!) However, the water will leak when having shower, i think the host should add plastic tape for leakage prevention, the towel for placing on the floor could not absorb the leakage , so frustrated! Also, the water was not hot and warm enough. Very cold The staff was nice and responsive from email of providing help

Good location and the room was very clean and lovely. Regardless of the incorrect booking number from the check-in voucher, the staff was quite patient and helpful on the phone.

Hip and cool hotel that will be a draw for young adults and kids (my kids loved the cozy bunk beds). Location is close to most restaurants in the old town and is very convenient. Check-in is self-service, and while I didn’t have any issues, I saw a couple of other guests having some problems. But they managed to resolve the issues with a simple phone call. So highly recommend to check your emails reservations beforehand to ensure smoother check-ins.

Hard to self-check-in. Have to send email to service provider for check in arrangements prior arrival. Many people have the same problem

It was only 15 mins walk to Lucern train station and a lot of shops, restaurant and supermarket near the hotel. It was very convenient for a family with kids. It also had kitchen and we could cook for myself instead of eat outside ( The price for eating outside in swiss was very expensive). However, the entrance door was always closed when we came at night .It could not be opened with my room card. Luckily, I encounted another guest and he asked his partners to open the rntrance door. Otherwise, I and my family might need to sleep on the street at night. Please improve your system.

Super good hotel. There is a kitchen, washing machine, coffee/tea. The price is very good. It only takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the train station. Highly recommended

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the train station. I contacted the hotel to apply for a tourist card before check-in, which allows free bus rides. It is very close to the attractions and the pier. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped and very convenient. Free coffee is provided in the public lounge. Luggage storage is also available. Very satisfied.

I can only say that the location is very good, but the self-service check-in machine was very stuck and there was no way to get the room card. Finally, I had to find the staff in the bar countless times before calling the manager to solve it. If you have luggage, you have to go through the side door. The main thing is that the service is really bad. Note that the bar and restaurant downstairs are the same family as the hotel, but my parents bought coffee from the next door in the morning and wanted to sit on the table outside the door for a while until I came downstairs. They were told that they couldn’t sit with other people’s things, and there were no other guests in the morning. Even the guests staying in the hotel were not allowed to sit for a while, which made it difficult for me to understand. The room area was also very small. It was not a particularly satisfactory stay experience. It felt like a hostel where you just go back to sleep, and the facilities were relatively old! But after all, the old city is full of historical relics, which I think is understandable.

There are many plug sockets in the room. The location is very good and very close to the station. The decoration style is also nice. Self-service check-in is very simple, and if you have any questions, the customer service will answer them immediately.

Close to the station, the kitchen facilities in the room are very good, shopping and dining nearby are convenient, the room is large, on the second floor, which is rare in Switzerland, but self-service check-in is a bit of a challenge

There are too few supporting facilities, no drinking water, toothbrushes, etc. The room smells very strong, but overall the price is okay.
