"This accommodation should be ideal for those who stay temporarily near the airport for any reason. The location is very convenient. The airplane noise is expected simply because of the location. The room has a private bathroom, clean, and provides everything you probably need. Of course it is not a luxury option. I would stay here again as long as the price is still reasonable."

"The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it."

"Arrived the hotel and staff at reception were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Car park was easy to access but a bit tight for my car. If you drive a small car you would be fine with the car park spaces.
The room, bed and bathroom was really clean and tastefully finished.
We spent some time at the bar, which had good ambiance and very quiet.
Overall experience was excellent and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place 😃"

LLongfeitianI booked a room from Ctrip, because I had a flight to Larnaca at 10:30 today morning, and it was better to live in one Hotel near London Luton airport, I choose this Hotel on Ctrip website. I took a train in Cardiff to London, than transfered to Luton airport by train. It was a long time to arrive the Hotel around 12 O'clock in the night today. There was a young woman in the receiption. I was harried to go to toilat, and asked her where is the toilat, she said there is no toilat. I am very angry for her reply. I told her I will check in later after I went to toilat. The manager came and show me where toilat is.
Today morning at 7 O'clock, I Check out at the same place, and met the same woman. She said I had bought one Water and one Chocolate wnen I Checked in. Of course I need to pay, how much please? After she Checked and said : 95 Pound. It's crazy: one Water plus one Chocolate cast 95 Pound! I have paid for my room before I arrive!
The same manager came again and check. Than told me 5 Pound I need to pay.
This Hotel belong Mariot Group, I don't know I met such low employee in their Hotel. Very low and stupid. I decide I never live in this Hotel and talk about my experience to my friends.

LLoyPThe hotel is 15 mins walk from Luton Airport Parkway train station. And another 15 mins walk to the Luton Airport. Perfect for a night stay before a morning or afternoon flight. My room was very spacious, bed sheets were fresh and clean and the staff were nice to talk to.

SSandra ElizabethWe stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Luton Airport for one night at the beginning of holiday and then returned on our way back. We were very pleased once again with the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the fact that we were so near to the airport yet couldn't hear the sound of the aircraft. We also liked that the bus stop was very near the hotel so could get the bus to and from Luton Airport, which is handy when you are tired and just want to crawl into bed! The breakfast is well presented and tasty. If we fly from Luton Airport again and need to book a hotel, we would have no hesitation re-booking.

GGuest UserIt was the most unfortunate stay in the Ibis hotel chain. The only positive things were a pedestrian proximity from the Luton airport and a friendly attitude of a female receptionist. The rest was such a disaster: the heating system is absent or doesn't work so the only way to heat up the room just a little bit is a noisy air conditioner but in fact it doesn't make a difference in the temperature. Was lucky not to fall sick over a cold night. Also, there was a construction going on right on the upper floor starting from early morning. Not just some construction but HORRIBLY NOISY one. Such an irony I've asked for a quiet room in prior when making a reservation.
