Hotel is good, if you want just to sleep or business traveling is perfect

The Tv didn't work. There was no air conditioner in April when the temperature was 27 C.. No complimentary water or coffee/ kettle and no Iron, however the room was Big and ample parking spaces.

Good location, easy check in, helpful staff, good breafast. Wouldn't mind coming back again.

The hotel is a little far from the city of Como, suitable for self-driving or group stay, free parking, large rooms, clean and tidy.

The surrounding environment is not very good. The room is average. I asked for a big bed, but only two single beds were provided. The bathroom is quite large. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. However, parking is convenient and free. The breakfast is average, with not many varieties of fruits and vegetables.

It is not in the center of Florence. But again, parking is very convenient. I recommend this hotel to those who drive. The room is also relatively clean.

Good location with supermarkets nearby. Good cleaning and services. But we had problems with the elevator to go down to get the car so we were late for the appointments. The technician helped us with the suitcases to go down the stairs. And for this I did not receive any discount or any voucher on the spot. Even though I had called before to make sure that the double bed was for two people and it was confirmed to me by the employee that day having the evidence on the cell phone of the call I had to pay a supplement for my wife because on the order it was written for one person. I booked an executive room, I think I got an upgrade, my room had a jacuzzi in it Room. Very good breakfast, but what I particularly like about the hotel: the check-in took a few seconds. Highly recommended for people who are traveling for business and want to find something close to the highway. Wifi also great, conferences without any problems!

The hotel is very suitable for self-driving tours. It is 40 kilometers away from Cadenabbia in Lake Como. The parking lot is large, the room and bathroom are quite large, and the service is also good. When I checked in, I told the front desk that I wanted a twin room, but they said there was no twin room, so they couldn't separate the beds for us. When we entered the room, it was still a big bed. When we were about to ask the front desk, the waiter came in to separate the beds and re-make the beds. My friend opened the refrigerator and saw water. I asked the waiter if it was free. The waiter said yes. It was quite hot at the time, so we opened it and drank it. When I put something in the refrigerator, I found that it was written on the door that a bottle of water was 2 euros. I went out and saw a supervisor in the room, so I asked her and she said it was charged. The waiter just now was new and didn't know, and said it was not counted as our fee. When checking out, the front desk did not confirm that there was no charge. The hotel breakfast is also very rich.

A very large hotel with good hardware facilities. This is the first time I have found a hotel with a private garage directly down the stairs in the room. The breakfast is also very good, and the store also provides tourist souvenirs, which is good. The location is on the main road and the sign is obvious and easy to find.

I booked a hotel to stay midway on my way to Switzerland. Dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of Hokel. It was very delicious. The hotel has a large parking lot, making it a very convenient hotel for those traveling by car.
