The hotel service attitude is terrible. When booking the room, it was written that children are welcome to stay, but when we arrived, we were charged an extra 53 Swiss francs per person. I called to borrow a charging adapter, and they said they would send it to me, but they never did. The whole hotel is full of Indians and smells bad.

When checking in, the front desk said that nothing could be seen in the twin rooms. The room cleaning is very poor, bottled water is not replenished, the cleanliness is terrible, and the breakfast is mediocre, mainly for domestic tourists.
