I got some promotions through Trip.com, so I only paid 100yuan for the night. The location of the hotel is good, nearby Jinshanling great wall, the rooms are nice for the price and clean. The host is very kind and helpful + he speaks English very well! Took me to Jinshanling at 0330 in the morning and helped me to buy a ticket. Also gave some good tips regarding the wall.
Downsides were that the mattress is really thin and hard, noise from other rooms can be heard (bring earplugs), and for me there was no water or toilet paper in the room. But otherwise for the price it is a great place to stay at.

Owner is nice and helpful. Room is specious. A bit basic but has all necessary amenities. Just 25 min walk to the start of the wall. And 12 km to gobuiko train station. In total a very good stay.

The B&B street below the Great Wall is within walking distance of the Jinshanling Great Wall car parking lot. I have stayed in a lot of B&Bs of various sizes over the years. This one is indeed the cleanest little courtyard I have ever stayed in. It is neatly organized and the environment is very good. The price is National Day. Not expensive either
