The previous comment’s rating was wrong! There really isn't much service. You have to shout for help. I'm very polite, for fear of offending someone! The lesbians at the front desk are relatively easy to talk to, but they usually have dark faces and it's easier to discuss anything. Men are not very good at math. Simple things are easy to make complicated, so you know, but it is rare to have a smiling face, so I don't care. The lady in the guest room is also quite enthusiastic and basically responds to all requests. When we have breakfast in the restaurant, there is only one person serving, standing around with a cold face. We are eating in the basement, so you know! The hot water in the guest room is solar powered. The temperature is less than 30 degrees and the water volume is small. It is very easy to catch a cold. The children and my wife can't stand it. We complained several times but it was not resolved. They even called us back and said that we were not used to it. They took baths just fine!

It’s a hotel with very good service. The room is very spacious and clean. We made a temporary decision to go to Jinshanling Great Wall and stayed one night in Luanping. On the way to the hotel, it felt like we were on an overpass. The view was very good. We went there on June 18th. I caught up with the new opening and learned about the new boss while chatting with the front desk. I personally feel that the new boss is very capable of management. I am very satisfied with it in terms of service and hygiene. The boss also gave me fruit. Thank you very much. I will come again next time. ,Recommended
