The front desk **Zhi is easy to talk to, but basically has a sullen face. It is easier to negotiate. Men are not good at math, and it is easy to make simple things complicated, so you know, but it is rare to have a smiling face, so I don’t care. The housekeeping lady is also quite enthusiastic, and basically responds to requests. There is only one person serving breakfast in the restaurant, standing idle, with a cold face. It was originally eaten in the basement, so you know! The hot water in the guest room is solar-powered, the temperature is less than 30 degrees, and the water volume is small, it is very easy to catch a cold, the children and wife can’t stand it, and complained several times, but it was not resolved. They called back and said that we are not used to it, but they are fine when taking a shower!

In the middle of winter, there was no hot water and the bath water was cold even after being left for 20 minutes. I will never come here again.

It’s a hotel with very good service. The room is very spacious and clean. We made a temporary decision to go to Jinshanling Great Wall and stayed one night in Luanping. On the way to the hotel, it felt like we were on an overpass. The view was very good. We went there on June 18th. I caught up with the new opening and learned about the new boss while chatting with the front desk. I personally feel that the new boss is very capable of management.
