We are regulars at the hotel. It is a joy to stay in a place where the staff treat you like family. Everyone from Reception to cleaning ladies to restaurant waiters are extremely helpful and professional in their work. Thank you to all the staff and we will return in September.

Very welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed. Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!

We were happy to use this Continental Hotel. Breakfast were of vatiety selection. Both drinks and foods were unlimited. Hotel was clean, everyday towels were provided, beds were makeover everyday. Location is just 150 meters away from Basilica. Very acciseble to transportations and surrounding stores and restaurants.

If you include Lourdes as one of the stops on your trip (and you are not part of the parish supergroup) this is the hotel for you. First of all, it has the possibility of some parking spaces (at least 3) and motorbikes, which in Lourdes is a huge added value. The hotel is located in the center, just take a lift and you can reach the main religious attractions, the cave, the basilica, the esplanade and the souvenir shops in a few minutes on foot. The rooms are spartan and generally a little old, but definitely spacious and equipped with everything you need. The reception is friendly and open 24 hours. Not to be overlooked is the price, which is decidedly cheap.

We travelled to Lourdes on pilgrimage with HCPT (Hosanna House and Children’s Pilgrimage Trust). Hotel Croix des Bretons was our “home” for the week. We spent 7 nights here over the Easter weekend - the 1st week of the season, and the staff could not have been more prepared. From the warm & friendly welcome, accommodating all of our unusual requests like they were absolutely run of the mill, to the buffet style food which was refreshing and good. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere that Francois, Sabine & the team don’t manage. The hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are comfortable, especially the beds, with extra blankets in the wardrobes if needed. The bathroom was spacious and super clean, ours had a bath with a wall shower. The staff in the restaurant were kind, caring and diligent. I know that if I were to come to Lourdes, by myself outside of the organised pilgrimage, Hotel Croix des Bretons would be the first place I would look to book. Grazie Francois! Arrivederci alla prossima!
