Amazing! This is a little place of beauty! Staff are all so friendly and attentive! Clearly love what they do! Located far away from the bustle we stayed here for our birthdays and it was just perfect! Quiet, lovely food and cocktails! Pool area was perfect! Beautiful sunsets! Apartments are immaculate! Everywhere was so clean and well maintained! Booking again for May❤️ the hill is gradual so we didn’t find it a problem and plenty of local supermarkets

We really enjoyed our stay at Ohasis. The staff are very friendly, the pool area is very nice and the cocktail bar is fantastic and was our favourite place to end each evening looking out over Los Cristianos. The room was well furnished although the fan, though absolutely massive and noisy didn’t really move the air around so each night was pretty stuffy. It is one of the highest spots in Los Cristianos so was very quiet, even though there was a ***** of shops and bars not far away. The hill is not especially steep but it is quite a slog distance wise from the town and the beaches get nicer the further away you go. There are a lot of buses however, which we didn’t take advantage of but I’m sure they would make getting around a bit easier.

Arrived at midday on a Tuesday and our apartment wasn’t quite ready. Was given a voucher for a complimentary drink at the pool bar. We were in block three and on entering the apartment was greeted with a fresh smell. The accommodation was spotless. There are a number of steps so people with reduced mobility may struggle. On arrival there was a stocked fridge with reasonably priced items. Walk into town takes about 20mins and is all downhill. You can get a taxi back for around €4. The pool area was ideal. On arriving back to the resort mid afternoon each day, we managed to get sun loungers without issue. The background music around the pool wasn’t over the top. It was my partners birthday while we were away and a bottle of cava was delivered with a printed birthday message. We ordered pizza to the apartment one evening, it arrived piping hot but the card ready wouldn’t work. The delivery person returned with a new card machine and was very apologetic. Highly recommend the pizza. It was delicious. The issues we had were the lack of air conditioning in the room made it impossible to sleep. The TV didn’t always have a signal. Although this is a smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The seating on the balcony and the sofa in the lounge were incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa is a sofa bed, this would benefit from a board under the cushions. We had a door knock from the cleaners daily, who were friendly, polite and accommodating. After two nights we had two groups that were very noisy and playing loud music. This is not helped by the layout of the apartments. With balconies overlooking bedrooms. The resort itself was well maintained and spotlessly clean. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely break away, and with some small improvements we would consider staying at the resort again if we were to return to Tenerife.

Just back from a week’s stay at Ohasis Boutique Suites and have to say what a brilliant holiday we have had. The rooms are spotlessly clean and modern, all the staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble. The one slight downside is no air conditioning but you can hire a unit for €80 per week. We can’t quite believe it is only a 3 star hotel! We will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay if you don’t mind walking lots up Hills and up steps the apartments are at the top of a steep Hill from the seafront which takes about 20 minutes then when you get to the apartments, there are lots more steps to get to the rooms It there’s not very good if you have problems with walking The rooms are very spacious and clean with all the facilities to be self-sufficient. The bars and restaurant are all very good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our week here one good tip is a taxi from the bottom seafront to the hotel cost just under €5 so worth doing if you’ve had enough of walking If ever a hotel lends itself to be in adults, only this one should be not much for children to do

I have just returned from a 10-night stay with my family. The apartment and the complex were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Our room featured a single bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living area. The sofa bed, slightly worn, proved challenging to stow daily due to a defective zipper, which caused the cushions to slip off when transitioning it back from a bed into a sofa. The apartment lacks air conditioning, which is crucial during August's heat. You can rent a portable unit for 120 euros, with 20 euros as a refundable deposit. Although it's not sufficient to cool the entire apartment and requires an open window or balcony door for the exhaust hose, it's better than having no air conditioning. The room could use some refurbishment; several lights are out, the cooker extractor is non-functional (despite being a self-catering apartment), there's inadequate cutlery for four people, and some wall power sockets are loose and improperly fixed. The pool area is compact and well-maintained, opening at 9:30, but there are not enough sunbeds to accommodate everyone who may wish to use them, so queuing is often the name of the game to be there first. For our evening meal, we sampled the bar snacks, which are available until 8pm when the restaurant closes. We enjoyed the pizza and burgers, finding them to be very good. However, we did not try the breakfast. The walk into the town center is downhill and takes approximately 15-20 minutes; however, the return journey is entirely uphill and can be quite strenuous. Taxis are readily available if needed along with regular buses. Additionally, there are numerous dining options between the apartments and the town, eliminating the need to go into town just for food. There is a 24hr shop nearby too. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and it actually works. The TV on the other hand isn't great,, but you're on holiday, you'll not be needing the TV.
