Arrived at the hotel was put in room B2 ground floor. No windows only one door that opens onto a patio right opposite a gate that leads onto the street, not very safe feeling as anyone could walk in. Room smelt like hot sewage, cracked tiles in the kitchen area, stains and hairs on the bed sheets and air con remote was no where to be found. Went and complained at the reception desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do until the morning and they require 20 euros for the air con remote! Me and my partner went out for dinner as it was getting late and when we came back and entered our room again the smell was 10x worse! I went back to the reception desk where the same receptionist stated he can’t do anything for us sometimes it just smells. Extremely disappointed! After sitting in the room for 20mins I packed mine and my partners stuff and walked back down to reception. I said I refuse to sleep in a room that smells like hot sewage, is dirty and has multiple broken things in it and if there was nothing they could do I would want a refund so I could go stay elsewhere. The receptionist then gave us a new room and new room keys but stated we may have to move again the next morning, No map or anything to find the way round it’s like a maze!! Once into our new room now being around 1am we went to sleep. At 2.30am my partner was woken up by 2 men letting themselves into our room!! Horrified we jumped out of bed and the boys ran out of the room, the hotel had given them keys to our room and told them that’s where they were staying!! The next morning I went down to reception and spoke to a lady, didn’t get her name but I believe she is head of customer service. HORRIBLE woman, we explained our situation, how dissatisfied we were with the first room and how awful the smell was, then explained how disgusted we were that two men were let into our room in the middle of the night while us two girls were vulnerable and sleeping and how our first night and morning of holiday has been taken up trying to sort out the room situation. She stated it was our fault the guys were let into our room as they had paid to stay in that one (me and my partner completely unaware that someone else was booked in the room) She said there’s no smell in room B2, it’s our fault for complaining! Blamed us for absolutely everything and said we should be happy we don’t have to pay for the upgraded room they put us into! No understanding at all! Then had breakfast after sorting out the rooms, sadly this was also awful! Stone cold food, stale cereal and mouldy food!! Don’t ever stay here!! Couldn’t recommend it any less!! Awful hotel and useless receptionists!!
Be aware these photos on website were taken a while ago, run down a lot. Holes in football nets, tiles mussing from botton of swimming pool, a lot of steps and slopes (slipped over when it rained), Our room backed on to main road and had gaps in privacey fenence so everyone looking in. Food wasn't good and struggled to find ,umch or dinner that we could like. Hot food was not hot and if you don't like meat on the bone, pork or fish you will have a issue. On 1st morning we got up to get another drink at breakfast and someone was in our seat when we got back to the table. All inclusive - drinks and food not avaible all day/eve and limited to a few things in snack bar. Staff not helpful. Don't expect to have acess to a coffee machine between 10pm and 8am for example. Reception and staff not very helpful or freindly .

We have been coming back here for over twenty-five years and have seen a lot of changes, but we do like it, so despite that, we will continue to visit at least twice a year. The downside is the hill you have to walk up can be a struggle for many, so a taxi is advised. The accommodation is lovely but some rooms do need refreshing, the rooms are good sizes with fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge freezer. The cleaning service is great, with beds made most days of our two week stay. The property also share amenities with the sister hotel next door giving the option to use up to three pools, with a small shaded baby pool. Entertainment is also available nightly and kids club during the daytime. On Wednesday they always have a BBQ night around the pool for a reasonable amount with live entertainment. On Saturday afternoon is a foam party with DJ. All in all a great time had by all.
Having been coming to this resort for the best part of 30 years we returned again this year with our young family. This resort never disappoints; it’s always clean, tidy, quiet with very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly Marianne on reception who always greets you by name and with a smile and Viktor the lifeguard. We had our 1 year old son with us and Viktor was so good with him- he always helped us get beds with shade and made the time around the pool really enjoyable. Unfortunately during our stay our son was ill and we had to take him to hospital- the next day we received a call from reception checking in on him and making sure he was ok. This was a really nice touch and shows the staff like to get to know their guests. Our son made a full recovery and enjoyed the rest of his holiday with his brother and sister. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly, family resort look no further. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Beverly Hills Heights. The apartments are in good order (including super fast Wi-Fi) ours had recently been refurbed and had a beautiful sea view which is well worth requesting. Thanks again to everyone at BHH.
We stayed here 22/10 for a week. Check in was speedy and efficient, receptionist was very warm and friendly. As we arrived at 10pm due to flight delay, we assumed we would need to head out for food, but were pleasantly surprised to find a cold buffet had been laid on. Lovely touch. We booked a premium lounge room, which was very clean and spacious. We did discover the following morning that our sheets were stained, however this was quickly rectified, and a bottle of fizz and macaroons were left in the room for us, which was very sweet. We hadn’t complained so we appreciated the kind gesture. We stayed on an all inclusive basis. From reading previous reviews, I wasn’t expecting much from the food, and was prepared to possibly want to eat out a fair bit. We were really surprised by it, good food, that was well cooked. If you are used to just English food, then you may struggle, but we and our 10 & 4 year old ate very well. We did venture out for a few meals but didn’t feel that we had to. Some cocktails are not included in the AI, but I was happy to pay the €3.90 for selected premium drinks. The AI is worth it for just snacks and drinks with kids tbh. We booked directly with the hotel, and for what we paid we were very impressed with this hotel. Our children really loved it too. We try not to repeat destinations but we are going to return next year.
Since we stayed here last year, the hotel has been refurbished which makes it better than ever. Some of the old features such as the stained glass windows and old wood have thankfully been retained. Our room now had a walk in shower with grab rails, big white decent towels, large free safe, excellent fridge. Complimentary water on arrival day only. Comfortable bed. Kettle and some tea and coffee sachets (not always replenished) provided. Didn’t need air con so can’t comment on that. Our room faced the plaza and church, it was pleasant to sit on balcony and people watch, the disadvantage being no sun that side of hotel which made the room rather dark. €10 euro refundable deposit for pool towels which were big and good quality. Always plenty of sun loungers available. Reasonable choices at breakfast, the freshly cooked eggs were really good. Pleasant staff. Hotel very central with plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk. We will hopefully be back next year.
We were a family group of 4 adults and 1 child (age 12 with additional needs). We had a 2 bed apartment with roof terrace and a 1 bed duplex apartment. Having been to several similar type hotels over the last few years overall gran oasis was completely as expected! I was impressed with the main restaurant food and it was definitely same quality as others we've stayed at. One of our party has dietary needs and staff were good at providing a gluten free bread roll and there was always plenty he could eat. The cleanliness of the restaurant, pool area and apartments was good and I had no concerns. All the staff we met were helpful and polite. We only used the biggest pool but it was the warmest we've been to at this time of year although is abit on the deep side for my liking. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. I was dreading the slopes and steps having read the reviews and having a personal hatred of hills but they weren't as bad as I expected and with abit of organisation to prevent 'extra' trips back to the apartment (which was at the top) it wasn't really a problem. I was very happy with the 2 bed apartment and we had beautiful views from our balcony. We had brilliant weather. We had a couple of walks down into Los Christianos and playa de las Americas and along the front which were really nice although busy. And there is a lovely footpath around the back of the hotel and golf course which we really liked. Got a taxi back from the front due to my hatred of hills- cost between 6-10 euros and never a problem to get one. We aren't interested in entertainment or activities so can't comment on them although it was set up quite well so as someone who's not interested it wasn't intrusive. Would recommend trying the different hot drinks machines around the restaurant as some were much better than others! The child has a children's massage which she enjoyed and was responsibly priced. And 2 adults did a spa visit- the spa had less than other we've visited and was more expensive as well but was still nice and very relaxing. Now for the reasons I gave it 3*. (I would have given it 4* without these as it was all fine but nothing was particularly amazing). First reason is the roof terrace- this was a big disappointment for me- there is no undercover area or umbrellas and it gets full sun so became too hot within a couple of minutes rending it unusable for us. It was also level with the motorway behind the hotel which made it very noisy and not very pleasant. The other reason is that 3 of our party got stomach bugs - one near beginning of stay, one near end of stay and one within 24 hours of getting home. And one of our party slipped on the stairs within the duplex apartment resulting in a bad wound to elbow requiring trip to hospital for stitches as well as multiple large and colourful bruises. Apart from illness/injury and the roof terrace we all enjoyed our holiday but not sure I will visit again as have preferred others we've been to alt
