In a word: Not worth the price.
The facilities are particularly simple, not a hotel at all, is a youth hotel with several standard rooms. Advise friends who want to come, especially long hair, go to the hotel front desk to borrow a hairdryer early. They have 4 hair dryers in total. If you go late, you may have to wait until 1 am before you can blow your hair. Don't ask me how I know đ.
There are activities every day, it is still more fun; the wine in the bar is moderately priced and tastes good; the room is clean as a whole, but the facilities are really bad. Suitable for young tourists who do not have high accommodation requirements, you can make new friends, and it is very close to the main attractions. But if you're on vacation, don't stay here.

I was not allowed to register at the front desk! I have traveled to many countries and stayed at many luxurious hotels including Mexico. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness on the part of a front desk manager. When asked to explain the policies that she wanted me to sign, without reading, she became increasingly rude and tore the document in half and told us our reservation was canceled and to leave the property. We did so and were left without a place to stay for the night. Luckily we were able to secure a room for the night at a hotel where the front desk was courteous, helpful, and kind.
Of course, with this kind of experience, I would tell anyone never to stay at the Tesoro Los Cabos hotel. I am requesting a full refund from Trip.com and an apology from from Tesoro Los Cabos Hotel.

Not a 5 star resort. That's not saying it's not a nice resort, because it is, but 5 star resorts have top notch service. First ding, they don't pick you up at the airport, but you can have them set up transportation for you (at your added expense). The Taxi is $75 each way (I checked Uber and it was $55 and the taxi dude matched that price). We were able to catch a travel van on the way there from the airport for $17 a person. We had an âexecutive suiteâ which was nice, not their best room but probably in the middle. They never changed the bed sheets in the entire 5 day/4 night stay. They made the bed, but never changed the sheets. They have a well stocked fridge and other goodies for a steep price. The problem is moving their crap out if you actually want to use the refrigerator. We were charged âadditional taxesâ when we checked out as well. Only like $2-3 a day, but these should have been included in the price. The on-site sushi restaurant was not a good value. They charged us for items we didn't order and watch out for the $4.50 water. Our bill was $200 plus tip for two adults. Each had two margaritas, one appetizer (we had cancled after we told the waiter and he acknowledged, but came anyways) and two entrees. Portions were small, so definitely no âleftoversâ. The good. The included breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of that, eat a late breakfast (breakfast is over at noon, so be there no later than 11am) and that should tide you over until dinner. The location is great. Close to the marina/downtown but just far enough way that it's an easy walk and you stay out of that busyness. Overall, it's a nice 4 star (at best) resort.

We had an amazing time at el encanto de la hacienda. You must stop by at il forno and the infinity pool and see Mauricio and Ingrid they were amazing and on top of it for our drink orders and food.the infinity pool has an amazing view. The pizza is delicious would recommend the pesto shrimp pizza. They made our trip a great one.
Hampton inn was advertising the hotel like it had a swimming pool but guess what the pool is under reinnovation so there was no pool for my Christmas holiday. Had I known this in advance I would have booked another hotel. The hotel was okay and a good value for the money with the pool but without a pool it's just a hotel in the middle of nowhere without any amenities. I couldn't even really tell I was by the beach because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view. There was no way to really look at the ocean because of course there was no pool and breakfast was monotonous the same thing every single day no variance no difference and basically know meat I would say it was a very substandard breakfast and unappetizing and not really hot. Only canned juices and no decaffeinated coffee. I would not stay here again without a pool. And be careful when you get a room because some of the rooms are moldy and the ice machine are broken on every floor except for in the main lobby. This hotel needs a little money pumped into it and the pool restored to working order. The two queen bedroom was roomy put with no pool I didn't really enjoy my experience. Staff was professional but I'm sure they're tired of hearing people complain about the fact that a hotel that advertises a pool doesn't actually have a pool that functions. The daily fruit options were not exactly what I would call fresh either a little rancid. The attached pictures are of the broken ice machine signs the less than fresh fruit, and the sealed off entrance to the pool.

The service attitude is very good. There are various restaurants, Japanese restaurant, French restaurant, buffet, but it's a pity that the French restaurant is closed for maintenance. But I had seafood fried rice at noon, which was very good. The swimming pool is also very good
I was here with my Sister in December of 2023, it was my second visit, and I was so Impressed with the Friendly Service and Amazing staff I am coming back in August for another visit. I find the previous review from â Vernon mâ to be inappropriate and miss leading. First; this wonderful little resort is not in Cabo, it is in âSan Jose Del Caboâ which is a city of it's own with Amazing Beaches and a Wonderful Charm. Second (and more important) I find comparing the Service and Dedication of the hotel Associates to a âTroup of Monkeysâ is Disrespectful and totally inappropriate. I found on Both visits, the hotel associates were Amazing, Friendly and Professional. This is a smaller Resort but it offers so much.
This is my 4th time staying at this hotel.
This time, the largest infinity pool was under maintenance, so I didn't use the jacuzzi at all.
When I first searched for this on Trip.com, if it had appeared somewhere, I would have chosen another day, but I didn't see anything written about it, so I'm very disappointed that I couldn't include it. I went there looking forward to the pool.
The location of the hotel is directly at the airport with a free shuttle service that takes about five minutes in total. The hotel does what it was built for, giving you a place for the night close to the airport. Book in advance and online via resellers. Looked like local price was much higher.
When it comes to check-in, it starts exactly 3pm â not a single minute before. Then thereâs a rush and the clerk is overloaded for some time while others at the front desk only looking around.
Breakfast, well⊠that was really poor.
But all in all the stay was good.
Very Good

Excellent
Best treat for myself and love ones. Love coming here every year. It never gets old. The entire property and rooms are always impeccable. Staff are super nice. The best part is coming back and seeing similar faces. We are always excited to see the same crew and getting to meet new peeps. This year at Las Olas we received amazing service by Mariela, Jonathan, Ricardo, Dorian, Victor, Francisco. It's always a treat to be taken care by Jerry (Gerardo) and Isaac at Las Brisas. La Roca had a whole new crew but all the servers were exceptional. We always feel so special! Thank you for another great week!
FFleming JosephItâs location is a positive factor. Right near the marina with a private beach in the pacific side of the Baja peninsula. Rooms are clean and had all amenities listed. The checkin process is a bit lengthy, you will have to meet the receptionist and the hostess, it could have been shortened. Also while checkout the receptionist mentioned that our prebooked taxi cannot come inside the property to pick us, but finally the driver managed to come-in.
GGuest UserThis place is beautiful, 35min-1hr from the airport 30min to Cabo San Lucas. When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but weâre âupgrading us for freeâ to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. This resort may be an exception
GGuest UserWe loved most everything about this place! Great location. Walking distance to beach and nightlife. Great staff! Only thing...we wished for more vegan options.
GGuest UserJust don't bother. I booked 2 rooms back in February for our stay in August. I paid the balance a week before the trip. When I arrived I was told that they couldn't verify the deposit I made in February or that I had paid the remaining balance. I showed them proof of both because I printed and saved the documentation for all payments. I was told by the front desk staff (Abraham and Itzel) that they close payments take a day to show up. When I told them I paid a week ago then the story changed. After them rudely telling me multiple times I had to pay $529.47 as an incidental fee whilst the lady next to us was told $200 for her incidental fee, I had enough. They said that they had to call Reservations to confirm which was conveniently closed at the time even though i called reservations 3 times that week to confirm what was needed for check in. My friend brought up to them that their contracts said $100 for incidental fees that we signed and they said their solution for us was for us to hold $200 on one card and $300 on another card implying that they thought we didn't have the money. The whole time the two of them were conversing back and forth in spanish as if I didn't understand them as they did not know that Spanish is actually my first language. At this point I opted to speak to her in Spanish to which she stared at me baffled and then called her manager Michael. Michael told us that they couldn't verify the deposit so we had to pay the money. I asked him why and he said they closed the nooks monthly so it wasn't showing on their screen. I informed him that we paid it in February and showed him proof. Therefore if you close books monthly then you have it. I informed him that I was here and heard Abraham tell the woman next to us that the fee was $200. At which point he told us that we had to paid incidentals of $200 per room and that was all. Upon getting to my room I was disappointed with how dated it was. The restaurant ans bar staff were amazing. I had a great time and much better customer service next door at the Grand Solmar. We came for a group event and all the people at the event had the same or worse experiences. At check out they had their ducks in a row on everything though in order to get money they thought was owed to them. Upon leaving the resort I discovered that I and several others are covered in rashes that appear to be bug bites. I will never stay here again.
We stayed at the Bahia for a long weekend with family and friends celebrating a birthday. The rooms in the Bahia were very clean. The staff would clean and restock our water and snacks a couple times per day. The food at the restaurant (shout out to Sandy) was great and drinks at the pool bar (shout our to the best guy, Valentine) were outstanding. Most importantly, the staff, front desk and concierge were incredible. They knew all our names and room numbers and were checking on us daily to make sure we had dinner reservations each night and if we needed help with transportation. We truly felt taken care of our entire stay and would highly recommend.
GGuest UserOur stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotelâs tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didnât stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotelâs business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotelâs decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotelâs disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.
GGuest UserWe were welcomed by the bellboys at the front entrance. Upon arrival, it was an easy 10 minutes to check-in, and were in our room and off to the pool within 30 minutes. The pool was nice and nothing to do with the hotel, but the pool was hot due to the weather being almost 90 degrees and sunny. The service at the pool was great, the workers have such a great attitude and are always willing to help. There is a 2nd pool overlooking the marina with spectacular views of the mountains, water, and yachts along the marina walkway. It is located within 5 minutes of downtown with tons of restaurants, shops, and music from all the nightclubs, as well as live music at some of the outdoor venues. It's very busy on the weekends and less crowded during the week. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, however, we did not purchase it, but did have breakfast the last day and it was $20.00 USD per person. Overall, a great hotel, and we can't wait to go back !
AAnonymous UserThe staff were particularly helpful and super friendly at all times, so that made up for okay amenities (the pool was a bit cold at night and harder to go for a quick swim but we managed). We did love the beds, they were incredibly comfy and the room we got was quiet so we were able to have a restful sleep. The breakfast was okay but I would have loved some veggies that they apparently had at some point, yet never brought back out again. The coffee was pretty solid though, so that was a plus. Lastly, the location was gold-walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and places to book tours. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose for our two-night stay :).
JJon ChuBeautiful hotel in Cabo but if you plan to go into the city very often, the location can be inconvenient. I recommend renting a car if you stay here. Other than the inconvenience of the location, everything else was amazing. Especially the food at the Nobu restaurant
