This is a very clean and friendly property. The staff is very helpful. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the fact that there wasn’t a dress code for the buffet. It is inappropriate and disrespectful for people- adults especially to be eating at a buffet- or anywhere- with only skimpy bathing suits on. Not to mention unappetizing.

The hotel was nice. It’s all inclusive. We appreciated the adult only environment. There are several speciality restaurants so we didn’t get tired of eating in the hotel while we were there.
The only thing we didn’t like was the room location. We requested two beds but initially got a one bed. The only room with two bed was in the bottom floor without any elevator access. It was not pleasant to carry the baggies by ourselves. They didn’t bother to send a bell boy with us when we changed the room.

Completely relaxing RUI Adult Only Baja California. Staff was exceptional. Definitely make sure you order Elite Club when booking. Improved restaurant choices, etc... Loved being able to walk to the other RIU compounds for the parties, like EIU Santa fe, just through a gate. Make sure you get the Elite Rom Ocean front. Perfect.

Very clean, staff always cleaning floors, etc. clean, comfortable rooms. If you want quiet don’t have your room near entertainment area. They play until 11pm every night. Second time staying here and would again

Our trip to RIU Palace Baja California for our anniversary and my wife's birthday was nothing short of amazing! The standout was definitely the buffet, and we owe a big shoutout to Cesar for making our dining experience exceptional. His attention to detail and friendly service added a special touch to our meals.
Speaking of meals, the food was a delight! From diverse restaurant options to the delectable buffet offerings, every bite was a treat.
Now, let's talk drinks. While the overall experience was fantastic, we did notice a slight letdown in the alcoholic beverages. They tended to be on the sugary side and a bit watered down for our taste. It's a minor hiccup in an otherwise stellar experience.
In conclusion, our anniversary celebration at RIU Palace Baja California was a blast. The combination of outstanding service, delicious cuisine, and a clean, luxurious setting made it a truly memorable experience. We're already looking forward to our next stay at this fantastic resort!

Foods are excellent and shows are great, and clean. Otherwise when we were check in, staff is not professional even though we checked in online.
However we are recommend to other!!!!

Our stay was good. Food is mediocre but there is plenty of variety. The property grounds were clean. The room had an odd odor. The staff was great at all times. The vendors on the beach are a bit overwhelming but very friendly.

Adequate at best. Food not overly good- service was not very personable! Definite language barriers with service providers at resort. Very disappointed when found out about the story of a young couple that had planned their wedding at this location. Resort was not accommodating- wouldn’t even let them use a small table from the pool area on the beach for the ceremony- very ridiculous! Thankfully the “annoying ‘vendors’ selling at the beach” offered a small table and saved the day for this young couple. Allergy tags on the food at the buffet was well done- however the language barrier at the “restaurants” did not provide good information for allergy issues! Very clean but also very stoic and not a “pretty” facility. Would not return to this hotel when go back to Cabo!
