Fantastic value for money! Amazing views from both the Bedroom and the Dining Room and even better this year, with the addition of the glass ballustrading. The owners are lovely people and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast menu offers such a choice and the breakfasts are absolutely first class. This is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.

The photos don’t do this accommodation enough justice. The rooms are beautifully & tastefully decorated and every comfort is thought of. Warm & cosy room and the bed in our room (Tamar) was like sleeping on a cloud. Wish we had more than 3 nights! The glass and steel balcony is fabulous, giving uninterrupted views of the sea, East Looe and Banjo Pier. Breakfast is very varied, beautifully cooked by Natasha and tastes delicious. There were lovely touches like biscuits on the hospitality tray and chocolate mints on the pillow each night. The hosts are very accommodating, knowledgable and super friendly. The walk down to East Looe takes about 10 minutes so you’re within easy reach of the town but it’s a peaceful location away from the bustle of the town. A huge plus is the free parking at the top of the hotel. Would highly recommend the Watermark to any age group.

Currently staying here. Has to be the perfect hotel in the area. Gorgeous views from our very comfortable room with balcony. Superb breakfast and hosts Tashy and Richard go above and beyond expectations. I fully recommend this hotel if you are seeking accommodation in this area.

We stayed at the Watermark last weekend and had the most wonderful experience of Looe, our first time. The views from the property are amazing, the bar, dining room as well as the bedrooms. We stayed in the Fowey which has a great balcony. We couldn't fault our stay at all, from the day we arrived to the day we left. The hosts are amazing, very welcoming and professional. Excellent choice for breakfast and very tasty indeed. Highly recommend the Eggs Bendict! Would definitely stay here on our next visit to Looe. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic time at the Watermark. The hosts Richard & Natasha are very warm, friendly and hardworking to maintain their lovely B&B. Breakfasts were excellent and the views of the shoreline are first class. Overall, great value and wonderful time at the Watermark.

A lovely little hotel with very friendly and helpful hosts. Our room was ideal with a little sitting area to make the most of the wonderful views. There was also a balcony but unfortunately the weather was not great so we didn’t use it. The only thing I would point out is that anyone with mobility issues would find the stairs difficult.

Excellent Hosts and Excellent accommodation The breakfast was superb and already awaiting at the table at the time you decide the night before, the cooked part is made when you’re seated. Although this guest house would not be ideal for anyone who has mobility issues Both Richard and Tash would go beyond to help I’m sure The view over the beach and river are amazing from all the rooms and dining area. We had the pleasure of staying at The Watermark 15th February 2024 and were made to feel very welcome by Natacsha and Richard. We managed to navigate all the steps from the car park which was okay but may be challenging for the less able bodied. Our room was very comfortable with a fabulous view overlooking the harbour. We had a fantastic walk down to the harbour visiting The Jolly Sailor Inn for a drink and evening meal although the weather was awful rain and fog it did not dampen our spirits. We returned to The Watermark early evening and played Scrabble and had a drink from the honesty bar a thoroughly enjoyable evening whilst listening to the wind, rain and sea. The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. Tea, coffee and chocolate making facilities were available. A seating area inside thebroom overlooking the outside balcony which we used the following sunny morning. The bed and quilt were lovely and comfy, bottled water and a chocolate either side of the bed was a nice touch and we had a great night's sleep. Ensuite facilities were more than adequate although it took a while to get the shower working to a hot temperature but we got it sorted in the end. Breakfast overlooking the harbour was wonderful orange juice, tea, coffee, toast and fresh smoked haddock with two poached eggs presented beautifully. Full breakfast was also available o spoilt for choice! In the morning we walked down to the harbour and completed about 6,000 steps a healthy start to the day. We had a fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Watermark. Thank you Natacsha and Richard for your hospitality and making us feel so welcome. Lesley and Jon Bradburn x

The Watermark is superb hotel with amazing views over the bay, beach and the town. The rooms are very clean with very comfortable bed. Natascha and Richard are best hosts, very friendly and nothing to much trouble. They made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choices in lovely dining room with lovely background music and beautiful views. We highly recommend Watermark for anyone visiting Looe.
