It's a very new hotel, and it smells like a decoration. It was much better the next day with the windows open for ventilation. The hotel was newly built in 2023. The staff really needed to be trained. Front desk staff were the 85%s. The staff from breakfast restaurant were like people getting food for free. They never brought smiles on their faces 😓. I’m going to give them 50%. The cleaning crew needs to be trained indeed. They never care if you were in the room but just wanted to do their jobs on their own schedule likely 2-3:00 pm. They don’t know where to store their cleaning cart but under a dripping ceiling 😅 with all guests’ towels on top. The bath towel were store under the sink on the dust next by the laundry basket.

The staff was very friendly and welcomed me warmly. The room condition and view was very good. In the evening, there is a small late-night snack in the dining room. The breakfast is not very varied but it was delicious. I stayed for 3 days and the room was clean and organized. I would like to visit again next time.
