The hotel was newly built in 2023. The staff really needed to be trained. Front desk staff were the 85%s. The staff from breakfast restaurant were like people getting food for free. They never brought smiles on their faces 😓. I’m going to give them 50%. The cleaning crew needs to be trained indeed. They never care if you were in the room but just wanted to do their jobs on their own schedule likely 2-3:00 pm. They don’t know where to store their cleaning cart but under a dripping ceiling 😅 with all guests’ towels on top. The bath towel were store under the sink on the dust next by the laundry basket.

The room is OK, the surrounding environment is poor, lack of management. Breakfast is OK, Atour is no problem living, the environment depends on luck. The cost is there, and the people who drive there are more laborious, no guidance and service.
