Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.

During the National Day holiday, there were a lot of people, so I thought it would be crowded, but the reasonable layout of the hotel made me feel very comfortable, and I didn't feel crowded at all. The service was good. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 and was told that the room was not ready, but I changed the temporary room card and went straight to the hot spring area to play until dinner. It was very considerate to soak in the hot spring during the off-peak hours. The room also specially sent welcome fruit. It's worth coming again!
