看似重新裝修的，風格比較古老一點，每一棟房子都靠山而建，分成若干房間，很安靜，陽台都被植物遮住基本看不到遠一點的地方。設施略顯不足，房門防盜扣壞的，衞生間抽風機壞的。最值得就是參觀蘭花園了。

酒店面積不大，但環境不錯，有個蘭園，還有個無邊的泳池，停車方便，工作人員服務態度很好，很有耐心，早餐也豐盛，沒有正餐，不過酒店推薦了一家農家餐廳，味道也不錯。酒店的房間挺大，陽台上還可以泡温泉，是個適合度假的好地方～

酒店外部環境很好 因為在山裡麪 外部環境都不會差的
客房內部也和官網照片差不多 但是床非常不穩 翻個身都會晃動一下，很影響睡眠
洗手間真的太差了！
熱水出的特別慢 門上的貼紙臟臟的 貼紙也翹起來，吹風機還有根頭髮在上面，然後洗漱台也真的是服了 沒有放牙刷 洗漱用品的地方 就是一個面盆，所有洗漱完了的用品都要放回客廳小小的枱面上，對於女生來説極度不方便，照片拍的看上去還寬一點 可實際上連一個刷牙杯都放不了…
客廳窗簾還掉下一個拉塌着 很難看…
完全不值一千多的房價…
更可笑的是 因為住客少 直接取消了自助早餐、改成套餐，這也能理解，可是工作人員是以通知的口吻來告訴我們 而不是協商……

每次訂房都很仔細認真查找，這是我第一次吐槽的酒店。首先服務上，我訂了5個雙床房，寫2點入住，我等到2點多給3個房，3點再給1個。最後一個説等下給我送房卡來。結果，差不多下午5多，還要我自己去前台拿，不主動解析道歉。好像我們就應該可以等他前一個客人離開一樣。去他們的蘭院參觀也是，明明前一天按要求約好接送的，到點打去問，讓我們自己下來，你責問就説派車也可以，下樓就行了。我不説自己要求多高，但這個是應有服務態度嗎？很差的酒店服務。

酒店比較小，園內的綠化很不錯。空氣真的好好，確實比較適合避暑。酒店的前台服務小姐很熱情，早餐比較簡單，沒幾樣選，加了一個人68一位，酒店的德設施也很一般，毛巾，床單比較舊，最接受不了的是晚上睡覺一直有東西咬，不知道是什麼東西。所以第二天果斷換酒店了，因為臨時定，周邊沒有合適的房源了，最後選了離南崑山有點距離的雲頂，確實沒比較沒傷害。根據自己的體驗給大家一個參考。

衹能説空氣不錯，安靜！早餐很差、服務也一般、浴巾也沒有，就是要什麼沒有什麼的節奏！國慶假期去的話性價比不高，房間貴但是得不到相應服務！應該就是去一次不想去第二次的地方！
