硬件設施差，衞生間牆面大片剝落。廚房放着發黴的砧板，還有一個很舊的電飯煲，還有一堆抹布，牆面瓷片長期沒人搞衞生，一大片黴點。客廳沙發縫裡都是瓜子殼等垃圾……噁心死了。還有陽台的温泉池，裏面的馬賽克都是黑色發黴的，還要靠自己刷乾淨……另外就是樓梯的欄桿有一根居然沒焊緊是松的…………無語死了，不會再來第二次

和完全圖片不符，6房的別墅其實是4房的，別墅外面加蓋了兩個小房子算作兩個房間，設施也很舊很臟，有桌子沒凳子的，説是每個別墅不一樣。純純欺騙消費者，不能退房不能換房，升房也不可以。之後跟攜程客服説了，攜程給補償我們五百，酒店沒表態。我們也上消費保投訴了這個酒店才五折給我

環境很好，獨棟小別墅，很適合大家庭出遊聚會，有唱k，麻將，燒烤設備，樣樣俱全，衞生也非常乾淨。
唯一不足，這裏停下車位有點小，倒車入庫把車頭颳了，😭

春節期間入住該別墅體驗感非常差，管理很混亂，現在都弄不清楚負責人是誰，沒一個人出來處理問題。事情是這樣的，當天退房時還未到退房時間，就有自稱是房東的人進來帶着打掃的工具，在這之前管家並未表示有人要過來，當時家人正在上廁所，在未經過允許門是關着的情況下推門而入很不禮貌，直接侵犯了女性的私隱權，事後並未及時道歉，聯繫管家在門口等了很久才過來道歉。針對此事，該管家以及別墅管理人沒有任何的解決問題態度，對提出的訴求避而不談，後面直接不作回覆，去哪兒客服聯繫也裝傻説不知情。另外該別墅衞生也很差，相關配套如衞生紙垃圾袋用品不足，問管家也是敷衍了事，ktv歌不新效果也很差，別墅一樓客廳還安裝了攝像頭，房間很多地方都放置了房東的個人物品。避雷！避雷！避雷！給後續想入住的朋友提供參考。

房間、裝修都比較簡單、舊，院子裏一個小泡池，唯一優點是床比較多，適合很多人住。保利錦裏這個社區本身也沒有什麼配套可供遊玩

環境很不錯哦，衞生乾淨，管家也很好，周邊也有很多農莊吃飯，很方便，別墅有麻將，温泉，ktv ，挺多東西的，我們很多都沒有玩，然後附近走走景點，空氣很好，下次還會再來。
