I chose the Peter Pan theme parent-child room especially for my children. I played ball games in the children's area in the afternoon. After the buffet dinner, I went to Evian Four Seasons to play in the water, slides, and bubble pools. Children don't like hot springs, so I wasted a lot of time on the adult hot spring pool. There were a lot of people during the May Day holiday, but the service attitude was good, the pool water was clean, the staff were very nice, especially the housekeeper Gell, who delayed our check-out when we left. The room environment is pretty good! First time to the hotel! I came to play with water at the end of May Day! It was pouring rain! The front desk housekeeper Bailey quickly checked in and informed us of the timetable of the hotel project! There are indoor and outdoor places to play with water! Most of it is warm water, which is very friendly in this heavy rain and a little cold weather! In the evening, the housekeeper Bailey also thoughtfully prepared toiletries for the children! The overall experience is OK! I have a chance to visit again!

This trip was quite satisfactory. Check-in and check-out were quite fast. The indoor water park and the free naughty castle and arcade tickets were very popular with the children. Special praise to the housekeeper Vava, who was able to solve the feedback problems very promptly and took the initiative to help us delay check-out. The breakfast variety was not too much, but it was enough, and the taste was okay, but there were too many people, especially when every family had children, it would feel a bit noisy. The only shortcoming was the elevator, which was too slow. There were 4 elevators, and it took half an hour to wait for up and down, which was too tiring!
