很遺憾，30年我的第一個差評給了這家店，工作人員已經不是沒有服務意識和培訓不到位這麼簡單了，不知道你們酒店有什麼事急着要做，我吃完早餐回到庭院的時候準備泡池放鬆一下看到有人在這牆上站着，我以為他看到我放水會自動離開，放水半小時後，人已經離開了，我就放心的先泡了，我太太也穿好泳衣準備出來，結果好了，大搖大擺的走着圍牆又來了，還跟我對視，大哥，你故意的吧？這是什麼意思還要我去評價嗎？把我兩天的心情搞沒了！其他什麼不需要評價！犯錯可以理解，故意犯錯無法理解。入住期間搞這種搞心態的事，無法原諒，大家避雷吧。

這一次一家四口來到了聽山民宿，民宿在南崑山的腳底，設施比較好，泳池，温泉，還有附近的溯溪水道，小孩子都玩開了，民宿還有很大的草坪，可以團建燒烤，民宿的早餐讓我很驚喜，位上早餐，口味很清淡，很適合我們廣東人羣，下午茶也很精美，民宿附近還有漂流，越野車，可以玩，下一次帶上更多的溯溪裝備，再來玩。

裝修和佈置都看得出老闆很用心，東西都很新，床也睡得舒服，小冰箱有提供飲料，生活用品乾淨，但是地板有淡黃色茶跡，不知道拖地沒有。草坪空間蠻大，小狗都能暢快地跑，後面就可以下去溯溪，非常不錯。建議溯溪很多石子那裡裝些地燈，晚上就更美了。建議改善下早餐，早餐有點混亂和等的時間有點久。每份早餐都要用很多盛器，雖然看起來很精緻，但是實在沒必要。這樣既花時間洗還增添員工工作量，客人等的時間衹會更久。湯粉味道太淡，分量稍少。早餐最重要更富，快和能吃飽。建議用一張大桌子搞自助式或半自助早餐，炒粉啊，蒸好的腸粉啊，包子，粥等。自己拿盤子按需取。

民宿設計簡約而不簡單，客房用品很有品質，我睡眠很淺，結果在這裏睡得很沉，問管家才發現是慕思的床墊+0壓枕頭，愛了愛了🐥 管家服務很好，車子打不着火，結果管家想盡辦法幫忙搭電，太貼心了！民宿花園就有小溪，竹林溪流，冰個西瓜，度假消暑一流呀，晚上還能泡個美美的温泉，體驗感直接拉滿！想溜娃放鬆的姐妹們，直接沖吧（づ￣3￣）づ╭❤～

説實話，衹有面朝泳池的那邊風景不錯，面朝馬路就毫無風景可言，我們端午住 1300 一晚，早餐給你上一個紅薯，一個不新鮮的玉米，一個冷凍包子沒有蒸熱，一個雞蛋，沒了，真的對不起這個價格，旁邊不遠的慕思嘉華和麗亭酒店配套不輸 5 星，價格也才八九百，性價比實在太差，早餐也太沒誠意，管家也一點不熱情，再也不會去！

卫生：乾淨整潔，後面的草坪也維護得不錯设施：酒店內有小朋友玩的遊樂園，還有茶歇的地方。整個酒店不大，2天1夜剛剛好。晚上還有地方燒烤、ktv，停車方便。但是酒店離市區較遠，需要買東西的話要到三公里外去買。环境：酒店靠山，空氣清新
