Travelled to Nottingham for business, lovely staff and very accommodating for room change. Would stay here again!

A fantastic find. We normally stay at the Orchard when visiting our son at uni, but this was just around the corner from his house so we took a punt. It was great, and much more convenient for town.

cafe served good buffet breakfast .
reception staff are efficient and helpful.
housekeeping staff overlooked clearing of bin and refill of coffee and biscuits occasionally. overlooked to replaced hand soap after disposed old ones by staff.
Center bar guests did cause noise after 11pm.
otherwise overall is a good and pleasant venue.

The hotel room is not very big, but it looks cleaner, the bed is very tidy, and the amenities are also good. It is a good choice for travel, business and leisure. I like this city.

Environmental protection, no air conditioning. There are fans. The room was stuffy and hot. The attitude of the service staff is very good.
