The staff were really helpful. Breakfast was great and being so close to Paddington Station for an early departure what’s a perfect fit. Zero stress. Will definitely stay again.

I LOVE IT I WANT TO GO BACK, the room was so pretty and clean, I’m from Spain so here is not the same weather as there but the room was warm and the beds were so comfortable and I love it the food and the staff were so nice to us.

Nice and clean, beds fine, pillows a bit hard but that's personal preference. All staff very polite and helpful.
The location was perfect for me. It's easily reachable on foot from Paddington rail and underground as well as Edgware Road underground. Breakfast is included, its basic continental, meat and cheese, yogurts, cereals etc, but nice to set you up for the day. Tables are cleared quickly. Quite noisy when busy, but that didn't bother me. Room was cleaned and towels refreshed every day. I stayed Friday - Monday. Good value for money in my opinion.

A comfortable stay just opposite Paddington Station. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast buffet at the cafe beside hotel. However, it would be good to have a change of items every day as I had the same items during my 5 days’ stay there.
Praed Street has many cafes and restaurants available for lunch and dinner. Within walking distance to Hyde Park in the morning makes the place more attractive.

Good for short stay, bed is a bit short for taller men (6ft2). Breakfast is overpriced for what you get (missed bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs etc ). Staff is friendly, room are well facilitated.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes from Paddington Station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's also not far from Marylebone Station, a 15-minute walk. It's convenient to Heathrow Airport, a 40-minute direct ride on the Elizabeth Line. It's also close to many tourist attractions. The room was a bit small, but it was enough for two suitcases. The breakfast was simple and okay.

Great location. Stayed for 2 nights and it was easy to walk from Paddington Station. For the amount that I paid for, the room served its purpose for a short stay. The room is small and clean. It was good enough for me. I would say its a good place to stay for solo traveller first time in London.

GGuest UserIt was very close to Paddington and in front of a beautiful street, so it was in a very good location. The room was small but enough for a one-night stay, and the room was very clean (I thought the interior was new).
However, the room was in the basement (!), so it was very dark.
It also faced the outside? courtyard? instead of the inner corridor, and the window was visible from other rooms unless the curtains were closed, and even with the curtains closed, light leaked in through the gaps, so it was obvious that I was in the room from outside, which made me feel very uneasy as a woman staying alone.
I'm not sure if I'll stay there again, but depending on the room, it could be a good hotel.

GGuest UserI stayed in a cabin room on the 4th floor. As described on the website, it IS small,.GREAT things come in small packages! If you're a solo traveler, this room is DARLING! The bed is a generous size (it seemed like a queen size to me). The bedding is soft, clean, and welcoming to a weary traveler (I hit the streets of London from 9 a.m. to almost midnight every day). There is generous storage under the bed for your bags. Do note there is a clothing rack but not a closet; quite sufficient for me with my cube wardrobe. The bedside table was packed with snacks, a house phone, mini tea and coffee makers and notepad. I was not in the room enough to rearrange, but I probably would make a tad more room for my things when I rebook. The toilet room was sufficient, with a cubby for my toiletries. The sink is small... I adjusted, not a problem. The shower was plenty big, and the water temperature could be adjusted perfectly. Towels were thirsty and dried efficiently! Breakfast was delightful (pain au chocolate, croissants, bagettes, simple.charcuterie, yogurt, freshly chopped fruits, granola mixtures. Staff is gracious and very helpful. The neighborhood is safe. There was a little park in front of the hotel. The hotel is 2 blocks from Paddington. I enjoyed a pub meal and a Lebanese meal in the area. Honestly, check with me before booking, in case I want the week that you want to book!

HHH320They offered to transfer us to the nearby Mercure Hyde Park which we agreed to and I highly recommend to accept such a transfer of they make the same offer to you. The Mercure Hyde Park looks newer and more modern, although the room size appears to be equally small (which is to be expected anyway). Location wise, Mercure Hyde Park is close to Paddington station, and there is a linked path with the IHG Hotel Indigo so you can use their main entrance to access Mercure Hyde Park.

XXIAThe location is good, the room is big in London, there is a small kitchen to cook for yourself, the waiter is of high quality, I lost a ring, I didn't find it, the cleaning waiter gave me a table. The disadvantage is that the place where the room card is taken is separated by a few streets, and at 10:30 in the evening, the room is too small.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel during my visit to London. The room was quite ordinary, but the proximity to the train station was a major plus. After a tiring journey to the city, it was nice to have a place nearby to rest. The room was relatively quiet, which was appreciated. However, considering the room rate, I found it a bit expensive for what it offered.

The hotel itself is one of the many cheap lodgings in the area.
The stairs are narrow and steep, the walls of the rooms are thin, and it is not very comfortable.
In exchange, the price is very cheap.
The bathroom has been renovated and is clean.
The breakfast had plenty of bread, ham, and cheese.
Also, although we stayed for multiple nights, there were small items left in the room that seemed to be the housekeeper's personal belongings.
It seemed that she had been relaxing in the room after cleaning (^_^;)

Strong water, free WiFi, but in the room the signal is not good, there is no TV, but overall good, near the train station. Near a mini-mart, suitable for Backpackers..When sleeping late at night, you can hear the sound of people opening and closing doors, the sound of people walking, disturbing when sleeping.
