Room was clean and big...great..Nice bathroom. But from other side of hotel was heavy traffic all day...hotel is close to Highway...be ready:)) Stonebridge park station is not far cca 15 min walk. Bust stop is few steps from reteption 👍

Holiday inn-west, easy to accessible through tube n by road. Whenever I travel for business I used to prefer for long stays here. Peacefull stay and quiet environment. We booked this hotel as we were attending a concert at Wembley. Hotel was reasonably priced as most were overpriced due to the concert being on. We arrived at 1pm 1hr before checking in as I had read that there ain’t many parking spaces available and as we were driving ideally a parking space would be perfect. Hotel was easy to find using the sat nav, when we arrived I parked outside the front of hotel all spaces were taken out the front but luckily they had a space available in the gated carpark. This is quiet small so we were lucky to have got one. We were also allowed to check in 1hr early as a room was ready. The hotel receptionist was friendly and very helpful, check in was easy and quick he asked if we were attending the concert at Wembley and gave us the quickest and best route to get there using public transport. In the end we ended up getting an Uber for £10 direct and was only about 15 min journey. If you prefer you can get a bus outside to the tube station or walk roughly 10 mins to nearest tube station. We found our hotel room to be clean and tidy and had adequate space. The room was a little out dated decorative but has all amenities we needed. As it was a warm day they had a fan provided. To return from Wembley we walked away from Wembley and got an for £13 as public transport was a nightmare which was to be expected. We would definitely use this hotel again as like I said staff were lovely and friendly and location was good for what we needed.

After a 12 hour flight, staying at Moxy was a welcome relief. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They explained everything we needed to know so we could enjoy our stay. The room was spacious for a family of 4, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large selection of food and drinks ajd was a great wah to start the day. There is a small gym on the ground floor which is well stocked with a variety of exercise equipment. The theme and decor of the hotel is modern and artistic. Locstion wise, it is easy to get to from Heathrow Airport. Overall, we had a great stay and wished it could have been longer.

Actually had stayed at the other Ibis further down the same road, the room was bigger and the alcohol was far more reasonable in price. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues than helping me check in, I had left them earlier and just wanted to check in to my room.
Very frustrating having a poster with a pint and a pizza, and then when I asked for it, we are not doing it...

The staff was very nice and the whole place was full of young people. It definitely is a youth hostel and the place isn’t as big as other ones so it’s not super loud. Although the stairs are a little loud so that might wake you up. We stayed in a private room with bunk beds and they gave you towels and the shower was pretty good. The room was small as to be expected but it definitely wasn’t worth $180 a night when you could just pay for a bigger hotel room. The location was nice right by Hyde park and some free museums.

Really nice and clean. Great beds. Plenty of room. Good shower. Perfect location. Polite staff. Value for money. Close to Warner Brothers and shopping centre. We only stayed a night and hardly touched down but it was great. I will always wonder why every hotel puts out just two teabags though 🤣

2. Convenience: There is a McDonald's next door, a restaurant downstairs, and free water and milk downstairs.

GGuest UserI was unsure what experience I would have from reading the mixed reviews for this hotel. But I wanted a hotel that wasn't too far from Heathrow, and easily accessible to the Underground and reasonable price (other Hilton properties on or near LHR are either pricey, not great reviews, or require taxi/car to get to them). I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. Walking up to it from the Underground (very short walk), it looks old and unimpressive. But when you enter the lobby, it is clean, modern and comfortable looking. Front desk staff were polite and friendly as were other staff I passed in the halls. The room was quite comfortable, and I personally thought the beds were on par with Hampton in the US - comfy, but not overly soft (I prefer softer, but that rarely happens in a hotel). Bathroom was small, but typical for UK and shower was very nice. Breakfast was good - I didn't go at peak time, but when I went, everything was warm, well stocked, fresh looking and large selection (more than I see in a typical US Hampton property). I can't say how this would be for many nights, but if you want a cheaper hotel right off the Tube, this is a good choice for sure.

AAnonymous UserHotel is located right next to North Acton Station. Very convenient to head to town. It only takes 20 mins on the circle line to reach Marble Arch Station.
They serve both hot and cold breakfast. The usual cereals, fruits, yogurt, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans. Their croissant is very nice.
Rooms are spacious, had a sofa in the room and bed is comfortable too.
I stayed fir 5 nights and it was an excellent choice. I will stay here again considering the rate that we paid and their servuce and amenities are good.

GGuest UserI stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and it’s quiet at night. The bar/restaurant looks classic, though I didn’t eat anything there.

AAirborn63The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building.
There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down.
The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden.
Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.

QQINConveniently located from the Acton town subway, about 5 minutes walk. Take the mill hill Road, walk to the forked road and walk to the traffic lights to see the hotel. All the way to see the old houses, some old, some broken. The room is small, but it is very clean, just renovated, the room lighting is very modern. There is an elevator. The bed was very comfortable. The English breakfast does not have to eat for a day, and the amount is too large. The English bar is also quite tasteful. Next to it is a big supermarket morrisons.WIFI is very convenient.

GGuest UserMy stay was comfortable and despite being in a single room I had everything you would want and expect. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is about 45mins journey from central London and a 15 min walk to the tube, so not ideally located. The only negatives are: ~ Cleanliness - the room was not that clean when you look closely. With dust in corners and a weird musty smell in the room. Stains on towels and bedding. Whilst they where clean they still had stains. ~ No soundproofing - the walls are paper thin, could even hear someone nextdoor blowing their nose. ~ General state of room - only one light worked and the room fixtures and fittings where rather worn. That being said I would still stay here again but only if paying a really cheap price and only for a night or two. (I paid about £35 a night and wouldn't pay more than that)

GGuest UserAfter reading the previous reviews we were little concerned. Arrived on a back street in Acton to find the hotel. Check in was 15:00. We were asked for a £50 deposit which we paid cash and got a receipt. The family room was around the side of the building and accessed by a site gate. The room itself is tired and could do with a bit of redecoration, but was serviceable. There is a working fridge, a good bath and shower and no problems with hot water. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. Not a premier Inn but not bad. For the price we paid for London it was cheap and cheerful. The tube is a 10 minute walk away with loads of places to eat withing a small radius. The only thing to watch out for is there is really very little parking. Parking is free ONLY at the weekends, otherwise you will have to find somewhere. We parked about a 5 minute walk away and this is 24 hour and cost us £10 a day, cheaper than the city near where we live.... The deposit was returned with no problems. A cheap place to stay for a family trip to London.
