Travelodge Sunbury M3

I use this hotel frequently because of its proximity to some of my work life & because of relatively reasonable price but sadly,the interior of the hotel doesnt look very clean,some of the room's furniture is very shabby.The rooms at the front are very noisy overlooking motorway

Stayed for a few days ,the hotel had a very drab look, the car park had litter which was still there when we left. The check in was quick ,the room was clean .

This really isn't a good choice when looking for somewhere to stay. Blocked toilets, untrained staff, poor bar (products not available), broken utilities in the room, never anyone on reception. Overall - look elsewhere you will have a better experience

Locked out of room for no reason and no hot water. Breakfast was a joke - cold plates, no boiling water (so no decent tea), probably the worst sausages I have ever eaten and scrambled eggs so solid that formed into a ball could have been sucessfully served at Wimbledon by Serina. Don't stay here. PS: if you have to stay and you want a half decent night's sleep, ask for an even numbered room - the odd numbered rooms face an elevated part of the M3 and have no serious soundproofing - bring you noise cancelling earphones!

We took our two children on a rugby tour and reserved a family room along with our fellow rugby club friends. Unfortunately, our dining experience was less than satisfactory: the food arrived cold, our children waited for over an hour without receiving their desserts, and there was no apology extended. To add to the disappointment, we were denied a refund, as were our other friends staying with us. The management, handled by a single individual, exhibited poor customer service skills throughout. Notably, the sausage and mash dish left much to be desired, consisting of two small microwaved cocktail sausages falsely advertised as Cumberland sausages. Furthermore, our room was uncomfortably cold due to a malfunctioning heater, and the incessant traffic noise prevented any restful sleep. Regrettably, we neglected to heed the warning signs in the reviews prior to booking, and it's safe to say we will not be returning to this establishment.

Great service and very efficient. Any problems go straight to abbey she will Sort any problem you have out . Abbey is very friendly and will make time to speak to all visitors. Assured services will definitely be back to this hotel for all the above reasons .

Negatives: no toilet brush, shampoo dispenser not working, tea bags quickly run out. Breakfast on Day 1 was tepid. Positives: reasonably priced, staff were helpful, place was clean, big car park, ideal for Brooklands Museum (which we were visiting). Nice and warm.

I really appreciated the customer service I received from the receptionist at the front desk. He was very nice and genuine. And seem to know the ins and outs of everything he was doing. The Wi-Fi was also very good and signals were strong all over
