Our cash was stolen from the room while having breakfast. We know the cash was in our wallets because we paid in cash for dinner the night before. Also, it was gone from my and my wife’s wallets so it couldn’t be just lost or coincidence. The only time we didn’t have our back packs that contained our wallets in them was during this breakfast just before checking-out. The breakfast took 15 minutes max. We stayed at the 2nd floor. Balcony doors and windows were closed. Even wooden sun covers were closed. Doors were locked with a key upon leaving for breakfast (not a card lock). The staff was uncooperative in helping to resolve the issue and refused to show security recordings for some vague “legal” reasons (basically balming GDPR). Room service (cleaners) were trying to enter our room for at least 3 times while we stayed at the hotel. One time just 3-4 hours after our check-in they were trying to enter the room but couldn’t as the key was inserted from inside. When I came out of the room asking what do they want they looked surprised that we’re there (we were sleeping because we had an overnight ferry) and asked if we need a new towel or toilet paper. Seems strange when this happens 3 hours after you enter freshly prepared room after check-in. When we reported about the theft via booking site messages to the staff, we almost got threatened for accusing them for stealing which we did not in the first place. The receptionist that has spoken english pretty ok while checking-out (we still didn’t know that we were robbed), has totally forgotten how to speak english when we arrived at the lobby after finding out about the theft. She said she cannot understand us and doesn’t speak english :) We paid in cash for the stay in the hotel and paid in cash at the bar for the drinks. It would be just another theft from a hotel room, probably, if it wasnt done in a broad daylight, in 15 minutes time that we were out of the room that was locked and had its balcony’s door closed (including the wooden sun covers). Cannot directly point the fingers to the staff or room service, cause I have no evidence and weren’t allowed to review security recordings, but this raises too damn many questions. I hope the police will be given the access to the security footage and will find out what has happened. If I were you, I would avoid this hotel. This has totally ruined our vacation mood (at least tenporarily) because it is really really disgusting to be robbed and then be treated rude and suspiciously by the staff.

Hotel Baviera

The hotel is located in a side street parallel to the main street. The sea is also a few minutes walk and the shops and restaurants are well accessible. Unfortunately, the hotel has no own parking and therefore you need to look for a parking place on the street. But in October it was not a problem. The hotel is a small but fine house with 4 floors and spacious rooms. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and even a small refrigerator. Our room was on 4 floors and had a large balcony with chairs, table and even two beds. There is a chair and even accessible rooms. There is also a small pool and a beautiful, planted with trees, indoor courtyard offering a lot of shadows. We had booked with half-pension and thus dinner from buffet evening. The food was varied, freshly prepared and offered a good choice. The service was very good and friendly. The cleanliness in the whole house and the atmosphere are top. We felt very well here and will come back next year. The price has surprised us very much. For this location and what you offer gets a real sneak. We say thank you.

A disaster, almost everything failed, at the morning night the key didn't work and they didn't know to change it, so I had to sleep in another with all the disadvantages it causes, at the morning I ask to enter my own and without any excuse and bad face give me the New key, I go up and there's no hot water, as I was late since I was working without shower I saw and I dropped to return the key and complain, no excuse and one we feel very cold (as if it was my fault) and goodbye.

We stayed in a superior room. The room (211) with seaview was clean and is big enough. The view is stunning! The room was very clean with a nice design. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good and fresh. The beds are good. The hotel is located near the boulevard, beach and shops. We have just a few comments; The room could use some more storage space such as closets, hooks and an extra table, especially in the bathroom. Moreover we missed a dryingrack on the balcony and a kettle. One advice: lose the green fabricated chair with spots all over it. This was our 2nd stay and we cannot wait to come again in this fantastic hotel.

I want to mention that it is not my habit to make this type of “criticism”. I usually choose not to consider the less good things and praise the positive things (the few reviews I've made prove it). However, this time the negligence of the hotel was abusive. Due to my profession, I am well aware that problems, in any business, can happen at any time. What counts is the solution we present, or the commitment and professionalism we dedicate to trying to solve these problems. In this case there was minimal commitment and zero professionalism. I'm sure the hotel will certainly have excellent rooms (judging by the reviews I've read), with amazing conditions, but the room I'm talking about is not one of those. What I report is my personal experience, based on facts (I have photos), it is not a mere opinion of a purely subjective nature. Room 01 that we were assigned does not correspond to the one offered in the reservation. The room they gave cannot be considered a standard quality room for a 4* hotel in this part of the world. I have a lot of experience in different types of accommodation throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I know what I’m saying. I could talk about the fact that the room is not in the hotel itself, but by a external access. I could talk about the fact that the door reader does not work, it is necessary to use a key and it is necessary to “fight” with the door to open. I could talk about the serious hygiene problem of the mattress topper, with two huge yellow stains on both sides of god knows what (urine?); situation that we discovered after we removed the sheets to change, since the hotel did not do it, despite these having a hole. I will talk a little about the bathroom being flooded every time we use the overhead shower. The water passes into the bedroom, the bedroom floor in the access to the bathroom is always wet. That was the reason why the bedroom floor was wet the night we arrived very late (at first we thought they would have washed the floor). The next day we found that the bathroom becomes into a “swimming pool”. In addition to the obvious inconvenience, this situation creates two safety problems, which can be serious for users: the entrance from the room to the bathroom, which is always wet, is a nest of bacteriological creation (bacteria and fungi), the floor of the Bathing flooded with soapy water is a risk, as people can slip and seriously injure themselves. We have photos that prove the description. We complained twice. The first time, the front desk employee (who in the contacts I had with him, reminded me of a mixture of the characters Manoel and Basil Fawlty from the Fawlty Towers series – clumsy, incapable, without a sense of ethics and condescending – but without any fun) tried to give us a bucket and a mop to clean up and that he couldn't do anything else, as if it were our responsibility. After insistence on our part, two ladies (who apparently have responsibility in the management) arrived and we
