The room itself was spacious and cool with no air conditioner malfunction. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and well-stocked towels every time I went out. Both the reception and bellboy were friendly. As it was my honeymoon accommodation, I booked a place that was quiet and had a well-equipped restaurant, and I was very satisfied. The tapas bar was delicious, and the breakfast was also excellent. The sound of birds chirping every morning still lingers in my ears! It's quite far from downtown Mallorca, so I recommend coming just to enjoy this hotel! Even though I enjoyed everything during my 3-day stay, including the hotel's restaurant, spa, and swimming pool, it wasn't enough. It was really nice to be able to eat fresh fruit every morning. If you can afford it, I recommend a room with a terrace. A great hotel for families, couples, and friends! A taxi from the airport costs about 100 euros! If I go to Mallorca, I will definitely stay again^^

We had a fantastic stay. We are unsure at first because it is a family friendly resort and having to deal with noisy kids. The resort is very spacious and the bungalows allow privacy and a quiet stay. The resort has amazing service and friendly staff. Food is also great with quality ingredients and daily variations. Nice to sample Spanish cuisine and there is also nightly themes to offer more food choices. Bar offerings is great with both local and international brands. Another good thing is the resort’s sustainability credentials. The resort offers good value for money for both couples and families.

We have stayed in the europa apartments every year for roughly the past 20 years and what a difference we have seen in all those years , cleanliness , staff , facilities etc every year the staff and management step up a little bit further to make the europa apartments so much more comfortable and also attention to detail is amazing , we love this place

Good facilities, everything clean, the drawback is that it is a hotel whose main guests are foreigners, so everything is adapted to them: breakfast and dinner times are too early, the entertainment also starts and ends early and could be improved. The sofa beds are very thin and uncomfortable, and in exchange they are paid for as if they were normal beds. The food, in general, is not bad, although some products could also be improved. It is very hot in the dining room, it seems that the air conditioning was broken, but we have been like this for 5 days.

The hotel was just enough for our trip. Nevertheless the rooms were CRAZY hot. Even the Fan was not helping much to cool us down, for the rest the breakfast was fine for the 5 EUR extra per person. Please be aware that within the price is not included (12.50EUR for deposit in order to have the remote for the Fan out of which 5 will be return to you upon check out). The location was perfect, and the only other downturn was the fact that right under the hotel there is a bar, which has karaoke/singers until midnight. So probably you wont be able to catch a good sleep until pass midnight.

Great location at the first line to the sea. Unbelievable breakfast and wide range of food. Swimming pool was good but due to many tourists it was not easy to come in. Many older tourists and this make hotel quiet and not much noise.
