The hotel is built using the walls of the old city and has lots of character. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Although parking is limited they got me a place in their underground car park nearby and once that was not available they allowed me to park in front of the hotel in one of the two spaces available. The hotel itself has lots of character and is well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and airy and clean. Breakfast is served in a downstairs room and there was a well stocked continental buffet available. The hotel is close to the sea and also the city centre where there are many attractions.

Advised by friends ,I found very good , single room with air conditioning and breakfast included .... very good price and very professional staff. It'll be my half when I'll return to Livorno ....also because Livorno with these prices is very little.

Il bagno completo di tutti gli accessori, gli asciugamani sono compresi nel prezzo.Possibilità di prepararsi la colazione con caffè e latte. A completare briosche, succhi, te’, biscotti, cornflakes tutto imbustato come da disposizione covid . C’è la possibilità anche di prepararsi qlcs da pranzo o da cena. La titolare, Linda, cordiale e cortese. Ci ha dato molte informazioni. Torneremo sicuramente.

I booked one day to just sleep over at this place, but really loved its service and the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. The only minus is the location, which is around 25 minutes' walk to the city center and 40 minutes to the railway station.

A wonderful place if you need to stay somewhere late at night after your flight🥺 Our flight was late, like - really really delayed and I was worried about our stay. The owner waited for us and welcomed us warmly, waiting for us to put our stuff down and calm down a bit. He showed us everything we needed to know, the place was quiet, we had some cold water to drink, prepared coffee for the morning and there was absolutely no problem for us to leave at 6.50 am as we needed to for our flight. The owner is extra nice, the place is very close to the airport and very nice- clean, there are towels, the breakfast is also great - you choose whatever you want to - there’s both cookies, chips, cereal, bread, pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Im just sorry we couldn’t stay longer and we needed to eat this in a hurry. We were a total mess that night (we were supposed to arrive at 12 am, we did nearly at 3 am, so we had just 3 hours of sleep left). Although, our stay was all we needed and we really enjoyed it. The area is also calm and pretty. Huge thanks to the owner and warm recommendation :) Również do turystów z polski, polecam bardzo ten obiekt, Pan był naprawdę wspaniały i nasz pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo, milysmy wszystko czego nam trzeba. To takie urocze miejsce prowadzone przez rodzinę/starszego pana. Z tego powodu polecam nawet bardziej. Grazie mille❤️
