Very old hotel. Comfortable rooms but the towels and some chipped walls and furniture do not correspond to a five star. They asked me for a taxi to go to the port and in the end a person from the hotel appeared who then made me change cars at the entrance of the port and took me to a place that was not charging me 25 euros. He wanted to charge me more to take me to the right place... The hotel is responsible for this because the initial car was owned by a person from the hotel

Enjoyed our stay. Arrived late evening and staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Room spacious on third floor with side view of the sea. All amenities in room ie tea coffee toiletries etc except for bottled water which let it down. Well stocked mini fridge. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were friendly. Plunge pool got a little busy at times. Hotel a little way out from the centre of Livorno. Would stay here again

Although parking is limited they got me a place in their underground car park nearby and once that was not available they allowed me to park in front of the hotel in one of the two spaces available. The hotel itself has lots of character and is well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and airy and clean. Breakfast is served in a downstairs room and there was a well stocked continental buffet available. The hotel is close to the sea and also the city centre where there are many attractions.

In the historical centre, in the wonderful “Venezia”, a suggestive and fascinating place! Very nice, careful in details and very clean! With a gentle staff and available for instructions and advice! The family room had the right space, while maintaining its elegance! I had a very comfortable bed, even the one-bed. The air conditioning was perfect in view of the period. The bathroom supplies were perfect, with the small hydrating soaps!!! Details that did not escape in the whole! Delightful breakfast, the cornets disintegrated in the mouth! It was an unforgettable experience that made our visit to Livorno even more beautiful! Let's hope to come back soon!!

A completare briosche, succhi, te’, biscotti, cornflakes tutto imbustato come da disposizione covid . C’è la possibilità anche di prepararsi qlcs da pranzo o da cena. Enjoyed our stay. Arrived late evening and staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Room spacious on third floor with side view of the sea. All amenities in room ie tea coffee toiletries etc except for bottled water which let it down. Well stocked mini fridge. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and staff were friendly. Plunge pool got a little busy at times. Hotel a little way out from the centre of Livorno. Would stay here again
