Central hotel a few steps from the center. The room was welcoming and spacious. King size bed, fairly large bathroom.

Great staff, renovated room, in the center and very easy to reach the Cruise and the Port of Livorno In the area there are bar , restaurant, and all the services . Ideal starpoint to visit the city , in the time to get the Ferryboat or to have a weekend in Livorno

We were allocated a room looking out to Quattro Moro statue and a small marina. The Hotel has its own restaurant but there is a bar/coffee shop next door which serves cakes and sandwich varieties. This is convenient for a low key breakfast. The room was expensive (but what isn’t in the current international travel bubble)? Our room was large with a firm but comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was small but clean and has a hot shower. Staff at the Reception desk were helpful. It’s a little noisy because it is adjacent to a roundabout but that didn’t affect us

My wife and I stayed one night due to an emergency when we had to disembark from a cruise ship docked nearby. The front desk manager, Gabriel, was exceptionally helpful with our emergency arrangements, including directions to the train station, train schedules, taxis, and hotel suggestions and booking at our next destination. Our room was very clean, spacious, and the included breakfast was very good. Gabriel at the front desk was polite, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and very sympathetic to our emergency situation. He rates 5-stars!

Great location, modest hotel with a restaurant and great menu. Perfect if you are travelling on a budget and location wise its the best location wthether you are joining a cruise from Livorno or simply exploring this region on a short break.

Stay away from this hotel! I checked in for a 3-night stay for business. The AC is as bad as it gets. The rooms are steaming hot and impossible to sleep or feel rested. Hotel staff are completely useless and unable to do anything about it. And seem to be mad that I'm even complaining.

The hotel is built using the walls of the old city and has lots of character. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Although parking is limited they got me a place in their underground car park nearby and once that was not available they allowed me to park in front of the hotel in one of the two spaces available. The hotel itself has lots of character and is well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and airy and clean. Breakfast is served in a downstairs room and there was a well stocked continental buffet available. The hotel is close to the sea and also the city centre where there are many attractions.
