Hotel was in a very good area on the seafront on Southern outskirts of Livorno. The hotel was very clean and staff brilliant. There were small selection bars and restaurants close by and centre of town about mile and a half walk along lovely seafront.
Breakfast was very good.

Just in front of the Academia Navale, on the seaside, this hotel is a decent 3 stars with a solid value for money. Rooms are ok with coffe maker, wifi was poor in my room, breakfast is decent. The hotel's strengthen is the personnel, I met 3 ladies, always professional and nice. I'll come back when I'll need to work at the Academia again.

NON VANNO I TERMOSIFONI, visionato il tutto dal personale che li x li ha acceso il riscaldamento dicendo che la caldaia è in blocco, ma quando torni da cena alle 20.20 e trovi la stanza gelida, (complice un fortissimo libeccio, e gli spifferi non mancano), ti senti dire che il riscaldamento è centralizzato per cui non possono fare niente. Avviserò Booking, trovo che sia totalmente indecente che non ci sia stata nessuna possibilità di riscaldare la stanza. Alla richiesta di avere almeno una coperta di lana in più ( il tutto parlando al telefono dopo almeno 4 chiamate senza ricevere risposta) ci è stato detto di scendere e cercarla dentro un armadio. La colazione è all esterno dentro un tendone trasparente, dovendo uscire presto eravamo puntuali alle 7.30, dovevano avere accesa le stufe da pochi minuti ma senza ombra di dubbio l ambiente era più caldo della nostra stanza Da scartare completamente dal nostro giro di alberghi

Excellent and very friendly service. There was no housekeeping in the evening but the lady prepared the room with seperate beds and gave useful information. The hotel is a bit old but clean and spacious room with balcony. Breakfast is simple with a choice, good coffee.

Siamo stati 2 notti. Il personale è stato molto gentile ed educato. La camera è stata di nostro gradimento, pulita e in ordine. Unica pecca è il bagno senza finestra. Al checkout ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per riprenderli poi prima della partenza. Personalmente ci tornerei.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen und sauberen Zimmern und nettem Empfangspersonal. Auch das Frühstück im Garten war lecker und der Preis insgesamt für die Übernachtung mit unter 80 Euro fair. Das Hotel ist etwas weit vom Hafen und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, dafür ist ein Strand ganz in der Nähe. Negativ war nur, dass sich die beiden Kolleginnen beim Frühstück die ganze Zeit gestritten haben. Das fing schon um 7 Uhr an, ich wurde davon aufgeweckt, und es ging, bis ich selbst unten beim Frühstück saß. Sie hörten nicht auf damit und es war extrem störend. Ich musste mich auch bemerkbar machen, damit ich noch einen zweiten Kaffee bekam. Vielleicht ist es die italienische Mentalität, aber ich finde, man sollte sich vor Urlaubsgästen etwas dezenter verhalten.

Ottimo Hotel situato sul lungomare di fronte all'accademia Navale. Le stanze sono spaziose e pulite, la colazione abbondante. Personale cortese e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito lungo viale Italia. La posizione strategica.Torneremo ancora per fare le passeggiate lungo mare!

Struttura storica, per chi come me frequenta Livorno da un pò. Location molto bella in quanto si tratta di una palazzina stile liberty, sul lungomare in zona Ardenza, di fronte all'Accademia Navale. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere varie località ed è facilmente raggiungibile. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito in strada nei pressi dell'hotel. Camere grandi e pulite, così come anche il bagno. Buona la qualità del sonno. Discreta e migliorabile la colazione. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Prezzo nella norma.
