The hotel is brand new and in excellent condition. Room size is reasonable, in compare with similar grade hotel, especially the shower room. Breakfast is good and would be even better if more fruits are available and if the croissants are warm and crispy.

Mostly very positive experience. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, except for blood stains on the sheets, which were changed at the second time of asking. Breakfast was very good with full English style buffet and pancakes and coffee. Staff at front desk were great. I would choose to stay here for my next Liverpool trip.

The hotel is brand new and the reception service is good too. Our early check in request was also accommodated free of charge. Breakfast is okay. The daily room clean up was fair only as staff forgot to replenish teabags, replace clean coffee cups and clear rubbish bins. Overall, a comfortable stay.

A newly opened hotel in Liverpool in 2024. The rooms are very new and clean, and the staff are very friendly. The location is in the city center but about a 5-minute walk from the bus station. The hotel provides breakfast but there are not many choices.

Very clean and new hotel. Everything was perfect and in fantastic condition! We had a nice view from our room. You will need to pay for parking at Parkbee Liverpool Central Village - £10.98 for 24 hrs on a weekday and £16.47 on a weekend. Of course there are other parking options elsewhere. The hotel is very well situated and we could walk and explore several popular areas on foot. Only gripe was that the bathroom was a tad small and we are not big people. It would have been better if the doors could open outwards instead, that would give more room to maneuver inside the bathroom. But not a big deal! We loved the stay and would absolutely return.

New very clean, very modern hotel. Beds, Pillows, room, shower etc etc all great. Staff really pleasent and helpful. Breakfast was really good, a full buffet fresh and cooked very well. Location perfect for what I was there for. Close to everything.

New, clean and comfortable. Got a good night's sleep and the breakfast was good. Well-placed for exploring the city and not too far from the cruise terminal. Hotels nearer the terminal get booked up when there's a cruise ship sailing the next day. Within easy ready of two superb Italian restaurants - great recommendation by one of the reception staff. Would certainly stay there again.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Liverpool. Close to all the tourist attractions and shopping. Lovely breakfast and plenty of choice. Rooms were perfect and clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return. Keep up the good work

😰😰😰😰 Why oh why does this always happen to me. We booked this very cute, "supposedly", Airbnb in Liverpool. The photo showed a darling garden and conservatory, a nice kitchen with not only a washing machine but a dryer as well. This is virtually unheard of in England. We arrived very late from Italy 🇮🇹 and had been in communication with a very pleasant host, and so we were excited to check in at 1 o’clock this morning. The very first thing we saw was a mattress in the garden. Then we noticed, an entire shoe rack of shoes in the hall, not to mention the toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathroom, a fridge that when you opened it made the nurse almost throw up on the spot because the smell was so bad, a freezer full of food, and a distinct moldy smell in the entire place. We genuinely thought that this was somebody’s house and that they just might rent it out when they could. It doesn’t take much to scare me, but there was no way I was staying in this house, despite the fact that the entire five nights was nonrefundable We reloaded the car and started driving around, trying to find a hotel and there was no room at the inn. We literally drove around Liverpool for approximately three hours going from place to place trying to find somewhere. Of course, because it was a new day, there was nothing we could book online because the 17th of June had ended and now the only date available to book was the 18th of June. We had resigned ourselves to the fact that we would literally have to sleep somewhere in the car. As we drove up Duke Street, ironically right next door to where my mum used to work, my husband spotted a holiday Inn express. We ran in there and they were able to help us. So close to 4 o’clock in the morning we found a hotel room and we were able to feel safe. This is the only hotel that we could find in Liverpool that was willing to give us a room in the middle of the night and the front desk person, Malcolm, could not have been more pleasant or helpful. A true Scouser. If anyone is in Liverpool and needs a clean modern new and very reasonably placed hotel this is the hotel for you. It is clean, modern, bright, and had it not been for the challenging parking situations in the city centre, we would’ve stayed here for the rest of the week. Thank you to the entire team who helped us out

Wonderful hotel, comfortable beds, and a great centralized location to all things Liverpool! Breakfast was delicious! Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. The location cannot be beat - within walking distance of everything you can imagine. Very clean!
