The hotel is brand new and in excellent condition. Room size is reasonable, in compare with similar grade hotel, especially the shower room. Breakfast is good and would be even better if more fruits are available and if the croissants are warm and crispy.

First visit to Liverpool and this hotel and we’ll definitely be back. Very clean and modern room with really comfortable bed & pillows. Shower facilities, towels &toiletries excellent. Hot & cold breakfast choices more than adequate with quality products provided. Excellent location for exploring tourist sights with many & varied restaurants nearby. Ideal for both train stations. All staff professional, friendly & helpful which added to our great experience. Good value for money.

Stayed here for first time last night was very impressed, lovely friendly staff room was great on the first floor lovely comfy beds, very quiet considering were it is, slept like a baby. Breakfast included in the rate which was very good, choose of cereals, full English breakfast, pastries and even grab and go option if ur in a rush. Will definitely be staying again

First time in Liverpool & at this hotel, all in all it was a wonderful stay, we stayed two nights and have nothing bad to say. Appreciated the facilities provided, bed comfy with a choice of pillows catered to your own preference and shower really good, breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Location is great, less than an 10 minute walk to all the shops, takeaways round night life round the corner. Staff were the highlight of our stay, attentive, with a smile, and very helpful, nothing was too much for them. Thank you for a lovely stay, will definitely return in the future.

Comfortable and clean room under reasonable price. Nice and helpful staffs. Convenient location. Even room was not too big, facilities were adequate. The variety of selection on breakfast will be more appreciated. Will definitely book again.

Booked day of Liverpool match due to a mistake I made on a different booking. Convenient drive to Anfield. Very comfortable. Quiet. And the staff are so lovely, friendly and very helpful. I also loved their moisturiser by the Australian company Soak, great quality. And it’s very centrally located for nightlife and seeing the city. Would definitely book here again.
