Great location. So easy to find/access, if you arrive by train / plane, then metro or taxi.Very central also very quiet (specially on upper floors). Every staff is helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast served on the first floor. Rooms are very nice with great closet space (better than other Rossio hotels in the area). The bathroom and shower are both amazing. Highly recommended!

Excellent, unbeatable location with direct bus service from the airport terminal to the door step of this hotel, which was previously a grand theatre and now sitting right at the heart of the main square in Lisbon old city. It is a tad dated inside but nothing to cry home about and the room is clean with a full kitchenette. Do not expect 5***** furnishings and you will appreciate that you got the best room in the best location at a fantastic price. The check-in staff were also fabulous.

I went for a 2-week trip to Spain and Portugal with 2 friends, and this is the one with the best service. Immediate response to our request, e.g. making up the sofa bed (2 helpers immediately delivered an extra bed with blankets/ pillows and everything) And quite a lot of free refreshment in the room, e.g. pastels, a large bottle of free water, a small bottle of Port wine, coffee, etc...) And there is a kettle in the room (turned out what seems to be essential in most East-Asians hotels are not commonly provided in most hotels in Spain and Portugal, but this one got it!!) Would recommend it!

Not bad. When booking the hotel, the child was not charged. When checking in, the hotel charged 24 Euros. Ctrip's processing was also very slow. He said 15 minutes to reply and urged. It took almost an hour to reply. Finally solved the problem

The location of the hotel was very good. The metro station Olaias of the Red line was a minute's walk away. By using the metro, one could travel around easily to Rossio and most attractions. A supermarket was around the corner. Breakfast was satisfying but without any change during my four days stay. It is recommended in general.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just downstairs from the bustling city, with many restaurant options. It is also adjacent to famous attractions and subway stations, making it very convenient to get in and out. The only drawback is that the corridors of the hotel are very dark, which takes some getting used to, and the rooms are small in size, but the design is quite unique and shows a lot of thought and is worthy of praise.

Very convenient location approximately 15 minutes walk from the downtown Avenida da Liberdade shopping street, Rossio Square and Chiado. 2 supermarkets beside the hotel. My room, 423, what's nice and quiet with opening windows and views across neighboring rooftops to the distant city skyline and the sea. In this age of environmental consciousness, it is strange to see all bed and bath linen changed daily even though I hung up my towel. Staff for uniformly friendly and helpful. Small and overly soft pillows could be improved by offering guests firmer alternatives. Excellent value overall.

Hotel Lisboa is fantastic! It actually exceeded my expectations 😊 The hospitality, from the reception to the breakfast is just beautiful. I also specifically told me that the reason for signing this document was because I had to copy my passport and take it in another hotel to let me sign = =. Facilities: There is a very interesting little elevator as soon as you enter the door. You must try it when you come. Cleanliness: Very well maintained and very clean. Environment: It's about a 10-minute walk from Liberty Avenue Level, a 20-minute walk to the elevator, and a 30-minute walk to the beach. You can basically walk around the city center. There are convenience stores and pharmacies 2 minutes away. Service: The service was great. I accidentally soiled the sheets on the last day. I told the guy at the front desk how much compensation I needed to pay later. He said, don’t worry, it’s not a problem. Finally, he comforted me and said everything was OK. of. Finally, we went to a convenience store and bought something for them to express our gratitude. Very heart-warming, I will choose here again next time I go to Lisbon. Breakfast was also good. I recommend everyone to order their Royal Egg, Jue Jue Zi, one bite at a time, super delicious. By the way, when you come, you must go out to the sea to watch the sunset, it’s absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is unbeatable! The recommended time to choose is 4:30-6:30, so that you can see the complete sunset.

The location is very good, a few kilometers walk from Liberty Avenue, there is a lot of food downstairs in the evening, breakfast can be. The room where you stayed did not have a lift on the fourth floor. The front desk helped move to the fourth floor. Everything was very good.
