A shame. Establishment to flee. Everything is extremely dirty from the bedroom to the toilet. Dirty sheets +++. Blocked showers... Unheated rooms. I don't understand how people don't complain more...Very very noisy. Incompetent staff. Run away if you can.

Dismal welcome, deplorable experience, plus we are systematically hung up on without explanation. We had booked a room for 2 people and 3 nights, when we arrived we were given a kind of sinister and completely unsanitary studio (see photos), moreover the lock on the door did not work, it was impossible to lock it. We reject this option and request another alternative. Faced with the hotelier's lack of motivation and professionalism, we decided to request a refund for our stay and find other accommodation in a hurry. I would like to point out that we are 2 young girls making a first solo trip and speaking very little. Portuguese. A few days later, despite the agreement of the hotelier, I noticed that the amount was debited despite this commitment, the latter affirming that we did not show up, fortunately we took the attached photos attesting to our arrival. Establishment to absolutely avoid, bad faith, unsanitary conditions and obvious lack of probity.
