A very good location for exploring Lisbon, although it's a bit difficult to get there with luggage and on foot because of the steep climb. The beds were very comfortable, clean, and the receptionists were very friendly. The kitchen was good, and I was surprised that it had a hairdryer. Very nice.

This is my favorite hotel. It is so beautiful and dreamy. It is also a check-in spot for the tram. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

I will avoid this place. They do not respect the needs of their guests. The room configuration was changed without my knowledge: I booked a male dorm and they accommodate mixed-sex people in this room. If they behave this way, other "surprises" may also await their guests, it is unreliable and even dangerous 🙁

I had a great stay at the Safestay in Lisbon! The staff were so nice and accommodating and the facilities are top notch. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to Lisbon!

Extremely busy when I got at the check-in time, but the front desk team right from beggining tried their best to manage the impact on long delays. You can tell they their extra mile even in stressful times. Overall, the building has loads of common areas and music all day long, providing a chill atmosphere. During my stay I had a minor issue on the key card but then again the receptionist prompty acted in order to help me out. Cool people with good heart!

Felt at home during the four days I stayed here. Staff is kind, great vibe day and night and common areas were clean whenever I walked through. Location is also superb, near from all the main streets and Barrio Alto!

Just got there for overnight and ended up to stay for a week :) It is a beautiful old building and it has two bug terraces open all day! The bar serve some nice paninis and drinks and their employees are always ready to help (sorry guys, my bag was HEAVY hehe). Thanks for everything, I will go back soon!
