Stay away from these apartments. The apartments in reality looks way different and worse, than what is shown on the photos. Also, the neighbourhood is terrible... dirty and extremely noisy. There are 2 clubs just outside the apartments and drunk people makes a lot of noise just outside your door all night. Also, a lot of construction in the adjacent buildings and the noise from this is terrible. Inside, these apartments have old and worn furniture... Terrible experience.... stay away.

This apartment could be fantastic. There is lots of room with a big kitchen and good bathrooms. The location is perfect and close to great restaurants and sites. But, that is where it ends. The furniture is sparse, cheap and worn out. The washer/dryer is there but the dryer did not work. I asked their contact but never received a reply. There are “things” in corners with no use and dirty. So, if something is wrong don’t expect any help. At 8:00 every morning this jack hammers start. I guess they are remodeling? False fire alarms drove us out of the apartment. I would not recommend this apartment.

Stay well clear of this place. My son hurt his foot due to the property being unsafe (see photo) property couldn’t care less and have done nothing about it. I now have a 6 years old that’s had to go to hospital due to sharp objects sticking out of the floor!! Also found hairs in the sink (I’m bald) Book elsewhere and avoid!!!

Ho soggiornato durante un viaggio con la famiglia. Sicuramente posizione eccellente perché è centralissimo, in pochissimi minuti si è in centro ed è collegato benissimo con i mezzi pubblici. Ci hanno assegnato un appartamento molto spazioso, peccato che essendo a bordo strada/marciapiede con 2 locali notturni difronte, è risultato molto rumoroso ! Manca la manutenzione pur essendo molto moderno e pecca di pulizia. Accoglienza check-in pessima, praticamente assente

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier encore préservé de Lisbonne. Le logement était spacieux et bien équipé. Par contre, plusieurs gros bémol: -La propreté était clairement a désirer. -Manque d'entretien global des équipements (la douche était fissurée et la chasse d'eau coulait...) Dommage car le logement a de nombreux atouts.

Het appartement is zeer ruim. De ligging in de stad redelijk perfect ; de tram ligt naast de deur (bij wijze van spreken) en brengt je in een mum van tijd tot in het hart van de stad. Mooie keuken, volledig ingericht ; grote salon met zetels en tv ; goede wifi ; eetkamer, mooi ingericht ; twee slaapkamers die in orde zijn. Minpuntje is het feit dat douche en toilet niet gescheiden zijn van elkaar. Het appartement is een klein beetje gehorig, maar niet dat het stoort. Je krijgt waar voor je geld. De communicatie met de uitbaters verliep niet zoals het hoort ; geen antwoord gekregen op onze boodschappen die we hadden ingesproken op de opgegeven telefoonnummers. Voor de rest prima en zeker een aanrader.
