It was a truly wonderful stay. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was beautiful and clean. Just nice for 8 people. Thank you Lisbon.

We were a bit skeptical when we booked the place, but when we arrived was just perfect. Location crazy convinient, easy check in and check out. Just one issue we had was the hotel contact phone, on booking was a wrong number, and only after we checked Google maps we were able to contact the host. All except that small issue was great, and exactly like pics

I returned to Lisbon and stayed at this hotel again. It was just that the check-in was after their working hours. It was a self-service check-in, but I was not notified in advance. I will improve it next time. Others are very satisfied

It is a high-end airbnb, the location and environment are good, and the sound insulation is also very good.

Huge apartment (2 bed deluxe with river and park view) and great to have the living space for the teenagers to chill in. Great to be opposite Time Out food market! Needs a little bit of a paint job and some of the skirting/kick boards need replacing. Overall, this is a solid 4 star.

We booked a room based on the pictures of the rooms and breakfast tables, hoping for a wonderful honeymoon experience. However, upon arrival, we were faced with a completely different situation than what we had booked. Our reservation was for a Premium Suite, but there were no pictures of this specific suite in the property listing. Additionally, the room size was listed as around 40 m, but it seemed to be only 20-25 m3. The misleading information didn't stop there. The pictures showed a nicely served breakfast, which led us to book a room with breakfast included. When we called to ask about the dining or breakfast room, we were informed that breakfast would be delivered to our room. What we received was a box with one piece of bread, one slice of cheese, and a small orange juice! This property ruined our honeymoon by providing false information and hiding accurate pictures of the room and services.

These apartments are nothing like what is advertised and definitely not luxury. We arrived early and the check in area was in a small office where we had to stand waiting for others to be checked in (even though there was a reasonably nice reception with sitting area nearby) and were told apartment wasn’t ready however we could leave our luggage at a charge of €5 for each piece of luggage and when we refused this we were told we could take luggage upstairs and leave in apartment. Our first impression of apartment was that it was spacious as advertised however it was very basic with shabby sofa, very scratched and worn tables and smallish tv. I would imagine that the linen was clean however we were not prepared to accept what was supposed to be luxury. On enquiring if we could be moved to another and better apartment we were told that there was not another apartment available however if we were to pay a fee we could be moved to a DELUXE APARTMENT! We spoke to the manager/director of the apartments and were told that we got what we booked!!!! We told her the apartment was definitely not luxury and had no safe to which we were told that apartments do not have safes and that she thought our expectations were too high! I would like to add that this apartment was €260 per night and we were staying 2 nights!!! A lot of money. We stood our ground and were offered a refund which we duly accepted and for not much more we booked into a beautiful 5* hotel in a much better area (off Avenida liberdade) complete with balcony with loungers, spotlessly clean and excellent service. Although our story did end well, this was a really unpleasant start to our holiday and wasted valuable time as we were only in Lisbon for 2 days.

The people are Shady as hell: they stole my CC information and cloned my card!!!! then they when shopping. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CRDIT CARD INFO. Read the reviews this not the first time they have done this to folks. They will tell you they cannot find your original CC transaction and they need to do it again.

BIG WARNING FOR EVERYONE! I tried to make a reservation and pay. No communication, no answer to emails. At the front desk/if I can call it this way/they picked up after multiple attempts by a rude woman when I asked about the payment options, they would not tell me the information needed. She told me my reservation was canceled!! I have traveled for over 30 years intensively but I have never had a bad experience like this. I made a mistake and did not read the reviews. Other customers say their credit card info was stolen and used after they left the dirty rooms without any cleaning services. PLEASE, DO NOT GO THERE!!

Looked for a central apartment in Lisbon and found these. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the size of our Superior apartment. Both bedrooms had twin beds that could be used as a double if needed. There was ample storage in both rooms and big windows with blackout curtains. The lounge/kitchen was a good size and the wee kitchenette had a good range of cooking utensils. There was also a sofabed in the lounge which could be used also. The bathroom was also a good size with a walk in shower - all marbled. Air con worked very efficiently which was needed at times. Staff downstairs were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was on a square which had a number of restaurants including the TimeOut restaurants. The train station was only a 10min walk away and there was always a variety of buses, tuk tuks or taxis on the streets. The biggest drawbacks were that we had an elderly person with us and the surrounding hills made it hard for her to get around. Also there was a school immediately behind the building which we weren't aware of and the noise from it was dreadful during the day from 8am to 5pm . Certainly would think twice about staying again due to this noise.

I booked through *********** & stayed at one of these apartments 2 weeks ago. Beautiful apartment but was accused and charged for a stain on completely different mattress not caused by me or my family.

worst customer service i have ever experienced, unfriendly from the first minute. got dirty bed linen, didn't change after 5 times of asking. reception barely manned to reach anyone. 200€ deposit withheld for damage that was never reported and which I only discovered 1 month later on my credit card statement.

Absolutely terrible- a complete sham My miney was taken - I was asked to pay city tax and a deposit before arrival- we tried but the link did not work - I contacted the property- they refused to let me pay at the property- I asked for different transfer details- these were not forthcoming and no attempt was made to help us. We also asked for transfers . No attempt was made to do this We ended up having to book and pay for additional accommodation
