Ascensor da Bica - Lisbon Serviced Apartments

Excellent location. Very clean and convenient to move around. Just that the check in detail is not clear. We are lucky to have the Uber driver help to call the customer service and help us with the check in.

Very good facility. The room is very well equipped and clean. But it’s very hard to find the way in. There is a door to enter from the restaurant The Milkman but for the first time you need to go up the hill a bit and ring the doorbell. There is no reception so if you encounter any problem you need to pick up the phone to chat to the customer service.

The apartment is located at the bottom of the bica. Remember to point correctly when using uber. Otherwise you need to carry the luggage and climb all that horrible stairs. That demand a lot of strength…… They have luggage storage and please note that there no service counter and need to use the check in machine I tried to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner but failed and no one can help. Overall satisfying

The room has unproportionately large bathrooms while the room and pantry is small. Lighting at pantry was not working. WiFi and even data reception is bad. The room I stayed on first floor had pedestrian walking pass the window n a street lamp. This is because of the hilly terrain. The curtain had to be drawn at all times. The sound of tram can be heard in the day as the pantry abuts the rail

Worst experience ever though in the best location. So so disappointed with the cold water heater at the second night stay. ROOM 310 , First night everything fine but the room cold, second night at round 9-10 we been waiting warm water and trying to reboot the heater but still turned into cooler water when shower.. Jesus in the morning daughter got cold and I washed my hair soon it’s cold water again that I can’t do nothing but with this coldest shower ever. What’s worse, the service apartment won’t do anything or compensation for us 2 horrible experiences, excusing the heater back to normal when we checked out, seems we were liars, awful service. However , trip.com is patient and trying to assist at their best though the problem never fixed by the serviced apartments Lisbon ! We told the apartment staff we’re in a pouring rain day and wanted some warm and safe stay
