This room was so beautiful and clean. Especially I liked attic and high ceiling. One person can stay at attic and plenty room for everyone. I want to go back there again.

Apartment was in a great location. The view was amazing. Good size and very clean.

Excellent hosting! It has everything you need to spend peaceful days. It's in a great location. The only problem was regarding check in. There were no people at reception, they were supposed to receive the access code before arrival, however, this did not happen. Luckily, a cleaning employee was there at the time and we were able to get in to check in at the machine. Despite this, I recommend hosting! An excellent value for money. We liked a lot!

Quite clean with a good location (10 minutes walk from the center), well-equipped kitchen, clothes iron and very complete bathroom, I recommend it 100%, I wouldn't say anything negative, the only thing you have to keep in mind is that there are only stairs, top floor It's 4.

Environment: The environment is very convenient.

Self-service checkin checkout, very smart. Although I can't see the hotel staff, someone will still clean it every day, and if there are any problems, they will call and respond in a timely manner, praise.

Very nice space and well located!

English: My three friends and I chose this property for its excellent location (close to the center, you can quickly walk to the main square of the city). When we arrived, the only person who was there to "welcome" us was the cleaning guy, no one in charge of the property. There was no assistance at all: our apartment was outside the property, directly on the sidewalk, so there was no need to go through the main entrance to access it; during the first day we had problems with the access code to our apartment and we could no longer get in. We tried to contact the customer service number provided to us by the agency (and also written next to the main door), but no one answered us (not even after several attempts). After a while we managed to contact a very rude operator from a service phone (he thought we were making fun of him and that we were getting the code wrong, which is why we could no longer get in). Only by insisting a lot did we manage to get another code and get into the apartment. The only positive thing about the service? The cleaning staff. Friendly, helpful and ready to assist us with any needs or problems. Unfortunately, however, none of them are on site 24 hours a day, so if you have a problem, you cannot rely on management or customer service.

Clean and comfortable apartment as it is very close to the center. Unfortunately we had problems with access because the code given during check-in was not working. We contacted assistance (service “guaranteed” 24/24) several times because they were unreachable, even though it was 8 pm on Thursday. Resolution service almost non-existent as the waiting time for the resolution of the problem exceeded an hour. Furthermore, the noise of the neighbors who go up to the upper floors is extremely loud, mostly not allowing us to sleep at night.

Although the apartment is clean and pleasant, the noise at night is unbearable. The floor of the two-bed room is made of wood and you can hear all the footsteps of the apartment above and their conversations. The access stairs can be described as dangerous. Be careful with the taxi offer they advertise, Uber is less than half. On the other hand, they were kind and let us leave our suitcases earlier, and they also gave us a bottle of wine and coffee capsules.

Apartment not far from St Jorge Castle, near Martin MONIZ square. Building on 4 floors without elevator with code for front door and code for the room. On the other hand, no reception, everything is done on a terminal. Luckily a friendly young man who was cleaning helped us check in. The apartment is large with an industrial bay window to the very well equipped kitchen (LV, LL, Toaster, kettle). Very comfortable bed. Bathroom good but with odors coming up from the toilets (like everywhere in Lisbon). Very bright, not too noisy street with easy access to every corner of Lisbon.

A gift from our children. They chose an apartment on the upper floors and instead gave us one on the sidewalk level. We only discovered it later! Shower poorly functioning and smells from the bathroom. Cold because there is a door through which air comes in. In fact, in addition to the air conditioning, there is a heater. Luckily, the area is quiet and the other tourists on the upper floors are quiet! The positive thing is that it is located in a nice area, full of clubs and you can reach other places on foot. In front there is an escalator to go home avoiding the climbs! Be very careful about the apartment you choose
