Location is superb!!! Everything you need, bars, restaurants, attractions, etc.
And even its a small hotel they still do regular house keeping which really great for me. Staff are nice as well. Just the downside is there’s no elevator, so if you have huge luggage and your room is in the top that’s kinda really difficult because no one will gonna help you. Definitely will stay here with small luggage instead 🥹😅

The hotel is located in the heart of the town. The reception of the hotel works 24 hours. There is a metro station a few minutes away from the hotel. The rooms were spacious. They were cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms. There was an airconditioner in one of them and in the other one there were two fans. There is no lift.

O ponto forte desse hotel é a localização, que é espetacular. Fica a 1 quadra do metrô, 1 quadra da avenida Augusta. Perto de dezenas de restaurantes, praças, arco da Augusta e de frente pra estação de onde parte o trem que vai para Sintra. O hotel é ideal para viajantes, inclusive casais. O quarto que fiquei era minúsculo e oferecia pouco conforto. No verão é meio quente, mas tem um ventilador pra amenizar o calor. Possui o básico para dormir. O banheiro do quarto é bem pequeno. Para tomar banho tem que se espremer um pouco. Pra quem busca um ponto de apoio com custo baixo e excelente localização, recomendo muito. Mas não espere por muito conforto. O pessoal que faz o atendimento no balcão é muito gente boa. Me hospedaria lá de novo.

Pension con excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de Plaza Rossio y Estación de tren. Se nota que las habitaciones están recientemente remodeladas, modernas, con aire, el baño chico pero nuevo y con un balcón con vistas hermosas a la calle. Las persianas oscurecen toda la habitación, favoreciendo el descanso. Muy recomendable!

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione ed è perfetto per visitare la città anche con la metro vicina. Non c'è la colazione, mentre le camere sono standard e pulite. Bagno dotato delle funzionalità principali e spazi accettabili. Prezzo veramente ottimo.

Avevo prenotato nel dicembre 2020, prima tappa in hotel, viaggiando da sola si è tutelati in hotel, arrivai nemmeno mi aiutarono col bagaglio poi mi dissero che potevo pagare in hotel( sempre tramite booking) visionati la stanza , era una topaia però dopo3 notti dovevo proseguire ed accettai la camera ma era una topaia, a sapere c era un hotel a pochi passi, ma è andata così ormai avevo pagato. Dimenticai il mio telefono in Uber e non mi permisero di fare una telefonata pur pagando. Il peggiore degli hotel, non credo nemmeno che sia a norma. Tutti quelli che scrivono il contrario è perché sono abituati negli ostelli

La mattina del 27 Giugno ho lasciato il mio Xiaomi Mi Smart sul letto sopra le coperte nella fretta di perdere il pullman per Nazarè, al ritorno in camera (numero 102) per la stanchezza del viaggio ( 4 ore di pullman tra andata e ritorno) non l'abbiamo più trovato,pensando di averlo lasciato sul tavolino sotto alle altre mille cose appoggiate sopra, la mattina seguente avendo l'aereo molto presto abbiamo sistemato le valigie e ci siamo messi a cercarlo ovunque convinti di averlo negli zaini o nelle valigie, ho anche svuotato il cestino in bagno ma niente, per la fretta di perdere l'aereo mi sono convinto fosse in uno zaino o in una valigia e di ritrovarlo svuotando tutto a arrivato a casa, ma niente, orologio sparito Ultima cosa, l'ultima notte avevamo le lenzuola e i cuscini con delle macchie gialle

Avevamo prenotato una camera minore e ce ne hanno data una migliore. Struttura centralissima davvero nel cuore di Lisbona. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo. Unico neo della città un po' sporca in alcuni punti purtroppo nelle strade principali un continua di presenza di "persone" che ti offrono droga
