위치좋고 깨끗한데 첫날 난방이 안되서 춥다했더니 정상이라고 하면서 담요한장 추가해주고 말더라구요.
그리고 담날 나갔다오니 고쳐져있었다는...
그래서 서비스와 시설에서 하나씩 빱니다.
친절하고 좋으셨는데... ㅎㅎ

The location is nice and clean, but on the first day, I said it was cold because there was no heating, and they said it was normal and added an extra blanket.
And when I went out the next day, it was fixed...
So, let’s take a look at the services and facilities one by one.
He was kind and nice... haha

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in June 2024. It is in a fantastic location right in the middle of the tourist area. On arrival, the receptionist was marvellous, she gave us a map and highlighted all the places that we should visit on our first stay in Lisbon. She also informed us that as we had an early flight when we were leaving, she would order us a taxi and a breakfast box.  The room was a decent size and very clean. The shower was powerful, and it had shampoo and shower gel for us to use. There was port and pastries in reception for you to have at any time. We also opted for the breakfast, which was OK, though I’m not the best with saveloys! but there was plenty of it.  Our time in Lisbon was wonderful and was definitely helped by the delightful staff at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly upon arrival and the room was really nice. The hotel is in the perfect location, close walking distance to everything (restaurants, historical attractions, shops, water front), but positioned perfectly a few roads over from all of the busy areas and noise. The hotel has a restaurant on one side and a lounge with a bar on the other side. While we didn't make use of these much because we wanted to get out and explore each day, both appeared to be nice, clean and offer a good variety of things on their menus. Overall, the hotel was very modern, clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

What a fantastic base for our short break in Lisbon!! The location could not have been better, central to everything we wanted to go and see,  and the hotel team were absolutely brilliant, going the extra mile whenever it was needed !! !! We will definitely stay here next time and there will be. Next time - Nigel and Magdelena  501
