The rooms were super clean, and the staff nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

The 7 Hotel, Lisbon is in a perfect location to reach out a lot of famous spots of tourist including the accees to the train station to Sintra located in the same district. The room assigned was spacious, clean and tidy with comfortable beds. My family of 3 got an enjoyable stay of 5 days over there.

The location is very convenient, just near the subway exit and next to the busy shopping street. Unfortunately, the drainage in the shower area is not smooth. Halfway through the shower, I was flooded to my ankles. The movement of the room is a bit unsmooth, and there is no place to put the suitcase.

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are clean, and we were satisfied with our family of three. Next time we come to Lisbon again, we will choose this hotel.

I found it very simple for the price paid.

A few days before going, I had to insist by email and phone calls, so that they would provide me with the pick-up service at the airport Once at the hotel, the room they assigned us was not like the one we had booked (we had a view of the city and they gave us a view of an internal patio with the drain pipes visible) and they told us that they would not let us in until the next day. They could give one. (our stay was for two days) In the morning, we asked for a reservation to eat at a restaurant and because we decided to call at midday asking... there was no room and they didn't call us to let us know. So, at the hotel reception, the only competent thing, the night staff.....

The hotel is very well located and right next to the baixa-chiado metro station. The staff is super nice. Little extra: the pancake machine at breakfast!
